There are the standards for 5 stars hotel and I can surely say that this hotel doesn’t meet the requirements to be called “5 stars”. The room is clean yet I’m constantly finding hair on the floor, no bathrobes/hair conditioner/body lotion, the breakfast doesn’t have much options, the front desk’s staff don’t speak English. The gym is amazing, but apparently they also invite people who don’t stay at the hotel to come and pay so it’s incredibly busy, I’m not really excited to go to such a busy gym again. I’d not complain if the hotel was 3/4 stars, but for 5 it’s bad

Comfortable clean and cosey rooms, with a great room-service and pleasant staff. Some speak English but that doesn't matter. I wish the swimming pool has not been shared with a gym. That was somehow missing If I wanted to have a perfect stay-con!

房間整體還行。不過離5星還有點距離。早餐3星水準，不過勝在食材新鮮，西點輕食是弱項。品種不多不少也夠吃了。我是一家人入住，原本安排在25樓了，因為是頂樓，太悶熱了。空調吵得不行。進房不夠10分鐘後實在受不了衹能換房了。換房時客服有意刁難了我一下。不過最後還是讓我換了，我也就不計較了。現在來説下重點！如果你是奔着酒店健身房，泳池這些康體設施來的話我勸你另選別家。酒店的健身房泳池是以對外開放為主的。人真的很多、很多。泳池水是渾的。我帶孩子去游泳，那裡麪的服務員、泳池管理員態度那真的很讓人不快，而且健身房泳池裡麪的沒有達到酒店相應配套設施，完完全全是一個外面普通健身房的標準。訂酒店時我是看了酒店的泳池圖選擇的酒店，結果…失策了，簡直是兩個樣子。無語。不過要值得表揚的是酒店的阿姨，送東西來態度都超級好。關心顧客的需求，這個要給個贊。但是前台的服務員態度就一般了。圖一是酒店給的泳池圖，後面是我拍的…感受下吧！

早餐比以前進步，但煮麪的師傅應對讓人不爽，當我跟他説：師傅，幫我煮一碗蔬菜湯，他竟然回答：你要蔬菜對面自己夾就好啦，要煮什麼蔬菜？我看着他，你就當作是煮麪的流程但不用加麪條多加點蔬菜，給我一碗湯就行了，他顯得有點不解和不耐煩！
偉大的酒店經理，你知道問題出在哪嗎？
房間還是不錯的，就是豪華特大床房竟然沒有配備浴袍！

服務員態度非常好，直接提升了整個住房體驗。本來做了房型升級結果外面修路有點吵，讓服務員換房間的時候又免費做了一次升級。全程服務員的態度都非常的友好，兩件房的裝修我也都很喜歡，衞生間也符合我的要求。推薦～

真情點評:24年的五一小長假，我和家人第一次來到長沙。在攜程上找到的這家延年頤景酒店，酒店各項設施完善、環境衞生在我住過的酒店中算是一流的了、早餐品種多關鍵還特好吃、服務超級好（這裏省略一個小故事）特別感謝一下酒店前台“小瓊”。謝謝這家長沙延年頤景酒店給了我們一個愉快難忘的長沙之旅！有機會還會再來！
