Kind staff at the reception counter. Location is great, right in the Tai Ping Street and only 5 minutes walk away from the Metro station. Plenty of food around. Room is spacious and clean.

Ideally located on Taiping Street, walking distance to Wuyi and Pozi.However there is no pickup/dropoff point infront of the hotel, main road is about 30-50m from the hotel. Hotel entrance is in a small alley with the recept on the 2nd floor. Food delivery can be sent to door step (this is a pro-con situation as it means the hotel is accessible by anyone). Check in was a breeze and receptionist was very friendly. After adding their wechat, an itinerary was given with details of the room (wifi etc), communications can all be done via wechat without the need of going to the recept. I arrived on bad timing as there was road maintainence ongoing (Defo not the fault of the hotel), drilling and plummetting started at 7.30am (but hotel do provide earplugs if needed!). Room was clean and tidy, spacious and well equipped.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Location wise is convenient and close to the MRT station. Love their free laundry service and the staff is very kind and helpful. Located just right above the old Tai Ping Street shop lots. Plenty of eateries and shops that operate till 11:30pm. We get to tried all the famous Changsha food within the area. Will definitely stay here again if we come to Changsha in future and will recommend to my friends too.

Location is very convenient which is just at Taiping Street. The front office team are so hospitable and welcoming. They even provide free laundry service & recommendations for tourists who are here on their 1st time. It is a safe location and definitely highly recommended.

good location. just few steps away from metro. right in the start of old street.
the staff are very nice to us. laundry was done and send to our room for free.
remember to try the tea at the recep. will definately stay here again
