地理位置超棒！出門就是地鐵口，去長沙各大景點都方便，周邊以當地居民為主，很安靜。服務也很熱心周到，下次到長沙我還會訂這裏。

房間空調噪音大，無法入睡；房間有昆蟲，昆蟲有粉脱落，半夜無法入睡。房間打掃不到位，用品補充缺失。解決問題態度傲慢，不積極。

設施太舊了，像小旅館一樣，燈光很昏暗，個人喜歡亮堂堂的房間。且沒有智能家電，房間裏面有一股陳舊的木頭味道，和新裝修的同價位酒店差別有點大

帶孩子和長者出行全季必選，設施很新，房屋裡麪的衞生乾淨整潔沒有一點異味，環境還是那麼舒心，一家人都喜歡全季的服務，對待我們客人提出的要求全季都儘量滿足

全季連鎖酒店位置就在地鐵口，到哪裡都可以地鐵出行，極其便利。房間乾淨衞生，前台美女們態度非常好，樓層服務員温和細緻。有機會會再次入住的！

check in的時候前台詢問需要幾張房卡，回答2張，但是最後還是衹給了1張房卡；衞生間坐便器有明顯污漬未清理；電吹風固定在衞生間，使用略不方便；優點是距離地鐵站出口真的很近！

再次入住全季酒店，感覺和武漢全季酒店有些差別，不知是與開業早晚有關係否。長沙東塘店的房間除了沒有配備智能設施外，其它的都差不多。乾淨整潔，服務很好，住的還是很舒服的。這裏交通便利，出門就是地鐵3號線，遊玩最好乘坐公交地鐵出行。
