Good location and clean newly decorated room. Smart WC is wonderful and nice to use.friendly and helpful front desk staff. Ample drinking water provided for the room. Breakfast is ok. As no air conditioning, due to changing of hot and cold air system, room could be hot and some friends find it hard to sleep. So before booking hotel room for this city, need to check if air conditioning will be provided. Otherwise, nice and pleasant stay.

Hotel has no A/C during our three nights stay which made our stay so uncomfortable. However hotel employees were very nice.

Everything is perfect, the location, cleanliness, etc. We must emphasize the service of the employees who are very willing to help. If I return to Changsha, I will repeat it again!!

Stayed here for 3 nights, room was modernly renovated & comfortable to stay. There was an issue with the room cleaner, the front desk lady manager (I think so) was prompted to settle it with a listening ear. Understand our concerns & made rectification actions swiftly.
Breakfast spread is good despite it's a local chain hotel. Overall it's an enjoyable stay with close proximity to the metro station & central location.

very standard and clean. Breakfast food was good, but there wasn't adequate seating available and not organized so comfortably. Adequate. No real desk in my room. Location is convenient to the No 2 line.
