I requested a non-smoking room with a bath tub. The front desk staffs were quite helpful, and they verified the room 1509 was exactly what I needed. Spacious room with healthy looking live plants, doesn’t have any smoke odor, daily complimentary fruits and bottled water in room. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked well. They do take Visa card from foreign country without problem. After checking out, their guests service managers 廖鹏宇 Pengyu Liao texted me politely asking for a feedback. It was a nice stay at Days Hotels& Suites China Town Changsha.

It's a hotel with the level of a local boss. There is an exhibition room on the first floor and some local magazines on the bedside table. The disadvantage is that the soundproofing is not very good. I heard a quarrel next door/stairs upstairs for a while in the middle of the night. I couldn't hear the specific content clearly. I don't know if it developed into a violent level. After entering the room, the view is wide, the room is spacious, bright, comfortable and quiet, and the king bed room is upgraded for free. What's particularly considerate is that the hotel saw me and my eighty-year-old mother together, and specially arranged the room next door for easy care. When I have something to go out, if the old lady encounters a problem, call the front desk, and the floor will be available immediately. The best part about this hotel is the location near train station. However, its very very long walk from line 2 despite being 50 meters from the exit. Staff wasnt friendly and also let us have only 1 hotel card which is annoying when 2 people in the room dont necessarily go at the same time. Room quite small (and expensive for price) and not so clean. There was dead crockcroach in the room and bed sheet look like it was not laundryed. Room also a bit old (not sure seem dirty because old or actually dirty)
