差，紙巾都沒有，被子枕頭浴巾都有毛，就沒換過，洗澡的噴頭沒地方掛，很差很差，住了那麼多民宿，這是最差的！開空調主機的聲聲讓你感覺到自已在發電機房一樣響！

優點:價格實惠，非常棒，大概80一人，在國慶非常非常實惠。離火車站很近，大概步行10分鐘，附近有地鐵，去哪裡都很方便。樓層高，安靜，算在居民樓吧。缺點:和網圖差距太大了，裝修比較老。衞生差，有蟑螂，不止一個，在亂爬。去的時候4點多了，還沒收拾房間，直麪亂的房間，感受很差。而且説是禁煙，上一個房客還在房間抽煙，我由衷建議商家針對禁煙房抽煙的收取費用，以補洗滌和空氣清新劑費用。

房東阿姨人很好，回去得很晚也願意等我們，中間出現了小事故晚上1點多也願意來，但是衞生，環境真的不配這個價格（可能國慶炒得），地理真的離五一廣場那些很近直接坐地鐵就可，如果你願意買一次性床上四件套，願意自己打掃一下，我覺得不錯。隔音不好，所以我覺得住的人應該互相理解小聲一點，必帶的東西，花露水，自己的毛巾浴巾，洗漱用品，一次性四件套，自己的洗髮露沐浴露，不過國慶不行還是出高價住好的吧，今天換了400多的真的不一樣
