每次去常德都先祥瑞大酒店，該酒店位置好，附近吃的很多，出行也方便，同時酒店的設施還算不錯的，我是從該店開張營業就一直住的，已經習慣了！

訂了房間，到長沙南太晚沒拼車過去，聯繫酒店想商量取消，結果一個小時前台電話都沒人接！！！晚上申請直接被拒絕，第二天早上到了態度到也還好，就是退不了錢！我也不是在乎那點錢，衹是覺得電話沒人接讓人很氣憤！
氣呼呼吃了頓早飯就走了，這是這麼多年吃過最貴的早飯！不咋地還要花256元！
除了沒人接電話給差評外，其他也不知道！早飯一般般，就是貴！！！

5.3入住，房間很冷，凍的要死。空調開不上去，問前台説沒有空調，然後也沒有提供被子和暖風機，冷床潮被一夜，以後再也不住這個酒店

商務出差入住祥瑞，酒店環境好，衞生乾淨，裝修質感，地理位置優越，交通方便，對面白馬湖公園，適合悠閑散步，附近萬達，購物方便，尤其前台小姐姐們，服務態度很好，全程微笑服務，商旅出差優選

酒店進入大堂就有種賓至如歸的感覺，大堂接待非常熱情，非常有親和力，前台服務員態度不錯，房間整潔衞生，關鍵是房型挺大。
對面文理學院，享受濃郁的文化氛圍。散步在音樂噴泉的白馬湖公園，音樂與七彩燈光交匯在公園的小道，使人心曠神怡！非常完美的體驗，五星好評！

住在十六樓，沒有人説電梯有問題，上樓的時候等半天，第二天下樓電梯直接按不了，提着箱子從16樓走下來，手差點幹廢
