房間安全鎖損壞持續兩天未修復；房間電視使用功能複雜，服務員到房間調試都有困難；房間飲用水不夠時須額外付款，一瓶礦泉水收費三元，明顯高於市場消費；

房間是上下的床鋪，舒服度還行，網速比較好，大廳的環境還是比較大氣高雅，裝修風格比較現代化，比較適合現在年輕人的風格，這家酒店的電競房比較受歡迎，要提前預訂才有，五樓設有洗衣房和烘乾機，年輕人的選擇。

房間設施設備齊全，沒有什麼挑剔的，淋浴間的冷熱水龍頭有點複雜不好操作，這麼好的酒店洗澡拖鞋是臭的，早餐品種一般但是也夠吃了，網絡客人房卡12點後就打不開了，要前台幫忙刷一下不給，好像怕我賴着不出來一樣，讓我直接上去説會叫服務員幫忙開門，有點趕客的感覺，所以我今晚換了個酒店入住，酒店停車還是方便的。
