Hotel Aman Continental - Paharganj

Hotel A*** continental is in paharganj area of new delhi. It is just 200 meters from the new delhi railway station. It is also a budget friendly hotel. The hotel and rooms are maintained well. Food is really outstanding factor as it was awesome by quantity and quality. They also have the travel desk inside where you can book for packages and all. Overall a very nice stay we had in delhi.

First of all the hotel is not like the pictures shown. Apart from that, there is a big time security issue as the door lock was not working. I was staying in room no 315. I went out and when i came back , i saw that my door was open. I told the same to the receptionist but these people have hired some illiterate harsh *** at the reception who was not ready to listen and apologise. Later he went and checked himself and found that the lock was not working. He quietly sat without apologising or anything. I insisted to speak to the owner but he denied and didn’t let me speak. They have high security issues in the hotel and the staff was very bad as well.

Our experience here was HORRIBLE. First, they didn't give us the Deluxe room with an outdoor view I had reserved but stuck us in a windowless tiny room. It was so small that there wasn't even room for a chair. When I showed them my reservation, they said they didn't have that room. Back and forth for about 10 minutes. Rude, uncooperative, dishonest. And this is the ***ager that I'm dealing with. I get on the phone with Agoda and the ***ager decides to show us other rooms. The first room they show is still not the one we reserved. Finally, they show us the room we reserved, deluxe with an outdoor room. Supposedly, the room wasn't available. Next, cleanliness. This room was dirty and dilapidated. Next, the power in our room goes out twice that evening. And the hot water stopped working. It didn't seem like a coincidence. Lastly, 5 guys just 'hanging' around our hotel room. Kinda intimidating and suspicious. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Rooms are too small not as big as shown in pictures, not very clean but location is the advantage, its walking distance from NDLS. Its in Main Bazar so can purchase the needy things. Room service is good. Staff is friendly.

Worst Services ever ! Called there reception to book a room Mr.Roshan on reception confirmed availability and told the charges but when we reached after traveling 20+kms he denied to give on those rates and said pay almost double . He was very rude and arrogant. Said we have a lot business you can go anywhere but now rate will be more then what were written on display board. Pathetic , never recommend.

Their lift is non operational, their rooms are full of rats , on complaining they will shift you to another room nothing more than that. If you want yourself to be safe then dont book it . Worst hotel I have stayed in my entire life

it was pleasant staying at Hotel A*** continental whole staff and ambience made me feel at Home Also Hospitality and food was awesome.. would come back and explore more the whole experience of staying at A*** Hotel mind blowing Hotel.. Thanks ,🙏

Don't stay.... Sbse chutiya Bhara hotel hai.... Staff ***agers sb ek ek badh kar gadhe hai isme.... Koi ***nner nai hai koi tarika hi nai hai baaat krne ka.... Aaapko aise treat karenge ki kb na inko Peet do aaaap..... Rooms wagerah achhe hai no doubts but the behaviour is very bad .... Specially that of ***ager

It's not a 3 star hotel but at very base level property located in a Congested place, Paharganj. Very near to Delhi Railway station. We booked a room to catch Shadapti after seeing few positive reviews. They provided room on the second floor but it was very much claustrophobic with no windows. There was a bad smell all over corridor and room. Wifi was not working on arrival. Lots of Noise from other room(TV) . I made a complaint to them and they have shifted us to a better room on the 3rd floor with a window but again it was a two single beds added together . We couldn't get better sleep. Their security was helpful. This hotel is not for you if you are particular about hygiene, comfort and Airy rooms. Rather I advise you stay at some decent / better property few Kms away to reach station if you want to catch morning train .
