This hotel was decent. Had a late check-in, we used their airport service which was convinient. They do not have 24 hour front desk so make sure you advise them if you're checking in late. When we arrived, it was honestly very weird how there were people sleeping on the couches in the lobby. Im not sure if they were guest or employees of the hotel but it was definitely odd. The rooms were very spacious, but the TV and phones were broken. I only stayed here for 2 nights so my expectations were very low. Breakfast was included but drinks for breakfast wasnt which was I find odd as well. All in all it was a good stay. They don't have elevator but their people are all willing to help you with their luggage.

The ONE TAGAYTAY PLACE HOTEL SUITES (OFFICIAL ACCOUNT) was recently renovated in 2020, making it a fantastic choice for those staying in Tagaytay.The hotel is 41km from Ninoy Aquino International Airport and 46km from PNR Pasay Road Station. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Madre de Dios Chapel, The Ruins and Our Lady of Manaoag all nearby.In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings.

We stayed overnight at Anya Resort last June 2021. We had fun despite the initial disappointment that the swimming pool was closed. We were so looking forward to swim and relax at the pool. We had a senior and a minor in our group, the resort required an RTPCR test. We did the saliva RTPCR. My family enjoyed the resort's other facilities like the gym, mini archery, batminton and table tennis. The rooms were very modern, nice, clean, huge and has a veranda! The bathroom was extra huge! It has 2 sinks, rainshower and a bathtub. There was no contact check-in and check-out which were done in our rooms. The customer service was very good! They accomodated our request of a table inside our room where we can play mahjong at night. We were also so happy that they have sungka, which I requested to be brought inside the room. Breakfast was delicious. It was ala carte. They even gave us complimentary hot choco! Tip: Go on a weekday so there will be not much people. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Anya Resort. The place is still the same and perfect for families.. The staff gave a little suprise for my son. A welcome birthday greetings with balloons. The breakfast was good and loved by my mother in law (better than a well known hotel in manila) simple but tasty. . Still the same as before with the bonfire marshmallow activity. The only downside for the recent stay was with the farm side area near the ducks and iguana. The place was not quite clean for this visit ( not totally clean since knowing the ducks and chicken were raoaming freely.. or maybe atleast spray the pathway as my son was not able to take the smell) as compare to our last visit my son was able to feed the ducks and chicken around that area.. Two consecutive days of visit to that area is still the same smell.. Other than that all the staffs were nice and room facilities was clean and nice!

Booked a room on the third floor, it was a bit hard to go up, the room pillars were a bit too much, the height was a bit short, the tall people were easy to hit their heads, the health was quite clean, the big terrace was very good, it was also booked for the terrace, a little disappointing It was a few days to rain every day, and the experience was a bit discounted. It’s cold, oh yes, I went to New Year’s Eve with my friends, I didn’t book a room on New Year’s Day 😂

It was a good stay. The building and rooms were a bit old. The lake wing is A bit far from the main lobby and required a long walk. It wont be easy if you have seniors along. But service is okay. Had to request for handsoap bec it wasnt provided. No free water bottle in the room but free water refill along the hall way. We were given a nice view facing skyranch and taal lake. I like the hands free elevator though. breakfast buffet is okay

We spent a night here due to a nearby wedding. This was one of the few hotels with 2-bedroom options for our big family (6 in total). The good: great staff, especially front desk breakfast was really good, no bacon but it's not a luxury hotel. location is unbeatable with a supermarket and good selection of restaurants downstairs and across the street less than 5 minutes from sky ranch, good place to take the kids Room is large, plenty of space, beds were firm and quite good. Great view from the balconies looking out to the lake/volcano free parking in front and under the hotel Hotel has fantastic entry and exit points from the main road the meh: - The AC in the master's bedroom was blowing probably 25C air. Staff went up to check and the first one insisted that it was cold. The rest of the unit was doing 19-20C. That room you can immediately tell was NOT. We had to call the front desk again for it to be checked and after 2 more trips they finally figured the AC condenser was broken and it needed a freon recharge. By evening the room was getting cold. For a big repair they did it quite quick so kudos to them still. - The room had a stove and a kitchen but ZERO kitchen utensils. No spoons, forks, plates or even glasses. Not to mention no cooking equipment. What was the stove for? There was a microwave though, and the ref was working well. - There was a TV and a cable box, but no cable service until 9am the morning of our departure. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but it's worth noting that providers in the area might not be reliable. Service was out for an entire day! Also, only the master's bedroom had a cable box, the living room did not. It was just a TV with no connections whatsoever. - The water pressure of the bathroom bidet is terrible, with no way to adjust - Hotel has free internet but limited to first three devices. So our family of six was half with and half without. The stay wasn't terrible by any means. We'll most likely return here in the future, given the room's size, but we'll probably be better prepared the next time.
