The properly exceeded our expectations, absolutely loved our stay. The staff are friendly, breakfast was amazing with lots of variety in choice and the surrounding areas to the property had ample space and beautiful views. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and it’s a short walk from and to the city centre.

Very pretty property and gorgeous views. Staff was very kind and attentive. Room was clean and AC working. Only complaint is the bed…very hard mattress even for my boyfriend who prefers a firm bed.

The service from the staff as well as the facilities and views are amazing. I was here with my mum and fiancé for 3 nights, it was a great location, near town and short drive to all the main attractions of Tuscany. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Another goal for the family that manages the two most beautiful venue in Tuscany! I was with Filippo and Agnese after being stayed in the other villa owns by the same family. fenced by the private forest with a swimming pool with a breathtaking view makes you literally recharge your batteries! Suite are simply perfect, large bright spaces with a small sofa where you can take a sit and read a book before going down to the pool. Filippo could not have done better to make us feel at home

Everything was excellent, cleanliness, staff, homemade food, rooms with views of the valley and magnificent service. A special mention for Jessica, a charming person who treated us with kindness and affection, told us about all the beautiful towns around, Siena, Chianti...great

We stayed for two nights in a "double room with patio", booked through booking. What disappointed me most was the room, located on the lower floor of the structure, with the feeling of being "in the cellar". Two tiny shelves as bedside tables, TV not working, very BASIC bathroom, cleanliness could be improved. The swimming pool is nice although in the photo it looked much bigger. The surrounding areas could be treated more, for example by eliminating the brambles ... We instead appreciated the breakfast on the terrace and the availability of the guys who take care of the lunches and the bar service by the pool. The possibility of communicating via WhatsApp is very convenient. Convenient parking, also covered if desired, and the proximity to the center of Castellina (even if the road is not beautiful to walk in the dark).

We had a normal room and we were given a free upgrade to a junior suite since we had a small daughter, the staff of the facility is accommodating and polite, the swimming pool is excellent, the breakfast and the bar service offered with orders via WhatsApp and delivery to by the pool we will definitely be back!

Historic villa in the Chianti hills, the location and tranquility are very positive, otherwise the structure is quite neglected with obsolete areas of the villa (tennis court, swimming pool...) and without any type of basic maintenance.
