In my opinion this hotel is not a four stars. The common areas are quite small and consequently ovrecrowded and noisy. Our room was an economy one OK, but it was very dated and needs to be renovated. Postif point the breakfast it was excellent. The hotel is definitely overpriced.

This was an amazing stay at the Hotel. They even helped us schedule a rapid covid test for our flight back to the US. The staff was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms are contemporary and the sleep was restful. Breakfast was excellent and the pool was fun. I can't say more on how we enjoyed our 2 nights at the hotel. See you next time.

Abbiamo soggiornato in struttura con le nostre due bambine per 4 notti. Tutto perfetto dalla pulizia e l'ampiezza della camera all'animazione ed agli spazi per i bambini. Un particolare ringraziamento per l'attenzione che hanno avuto nel soddisfare tutte le nostre esigenze derivate da alcune gravi intolleranze ed allergie alimentari. Lo staff è stato disponibile a personalizzare ognuna delle cene per consentire a tutti noi di mangiare in modo completo. Tutto PERFETTO, esperienza da ripetere!

Abbiamo trascorso il weekend di Pasqua con i nostri tre bambini e siamo stati benissimo ,la struttura molto accogliente, camere molto pulite ,buona la cucina e il personale molto gentile e disponibile.La struttura prevede anche un servizio di animazione eccezionale ,ragazzi gentilissimi e simpaticissimi che hanno contribuito a rendere perfetto il nostro weekend e soprattutto a rendere felici i nostri bambini, un grazie particolare a Diego,Desi e Giorgia e tutto la staff.A presto ragazzi speriamo di rivederci presto.

tutti il personale è stato molto cordiale e accogliente. ogni esigenza è stata soddisfatta. i servizi sono efficientissimi e la camere curate. da migliorare l'illuminazione della zona pranzo. il cibo di qualità e la colazione super varia. almeno 5/6 tipi di torte fatte in casa. consigliatissimo.

L'hotel è molto carino, la spa consta di varie vasche, sauna, bagno filandese e docce emozionali. Unica pecca, purtroppo grande, è che un'ala non è ristrutturata quindi oltre a stanze con mobili vecchi e pavimenti rotti, un salottino fatiscente, si trova anche lontana dalla hall e bisogna utilizzare due ascensori per arrivarci. Il problema è che visto il prezzo ci si aspetterebbe una stanza da 4 stelle e non da nemmeno due e per quanto la ricca colazione e la spa siano note positive, non riescono a far "chiudere l'occhio" su una stanza del genere con un bagno dotato di una doccia microscopica. Come consiglio ristrutturerei tutte le stanze o quanto meno agli ospiti di queste applicherei una grande scontistica sul prezzo o offrire la spa in omaggio. Ci sarei anche ritornata in futuro, ma la sistemazione mi ha deluso fortemente e ha prevalso su tutto.
