A very comfortable and good value hotel close to the Royal Palace at Caserta. We arrived late into Naples airport and it was a short drive to the hotel which was easy to find. The rooms are modern and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really excellent unlike many hotels. And it was excellent value.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights to visit the Royal Palace and its surroundings. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The large and modern bathroom. The breakfast was excellent and varied. Friendly and professional staff. Good quality / price ratio. Super recommended !!

The hotel met all expectations, except for one situation which cost it the top grade. Let's start with the merits. Excellent location for catching the train, with the station a 10-minute walk away; especially the free internal parking with gate is excellent. Competent and professional staff, both at the reception and in the breakfast room. The suite is spacious and clean; the round bed is curious but it is not uncomfortable (even if the bedside tables are a bit small). Large bathroom with bathtub; only problem: there are water leaks, both from the tub and from the toilet, which should be fixed. As well as the drain system (when the tub is full, the shower tray fills with water coming from the drain). A little foresight on this situation, and the vote of each guest can only be 5 out of 5. Right price for the type of room.

We stayed two nights over the Christmas period. Basic room and not too spacious, bathroom instead large and comfortable. Full breakfast with good quality products. Unfortunately our window overlooked the service tracks of Caserta station and certainly the external context was not comforting. Something is certainly missing for a 4-star hotel. Finally, the service staff is kind.

Ho alloggiato qui con la mia compagna Venerdì scorso, nella Junior suite. Il punto forte della stanza è la vasca idromassaggio, molto pulita e di notevoli dimensioni. Anche la camera era perfettamente pulita, con un letto davvero comodo. L'allestimento "romantic day" rende tutto un po' più dolce, con possibilità di avere la cena (pizze a scelta, molto buone) e la colazione (anche questa davvero ottima) in camera. Tutto sommato direi niente male.
