It was a great find in Grand Rapids. Check-in was easy. The room was clean and ready when we arrived.
I was a bit annoyed that the reservation said 'Included Amenities - drinks and hors doeuvres'. however when we arrived at 8:30pm, the attendant said that it had ended 5:30pm-7pm. No where in any of the documentation is this listed of a time limitation. It seemed like a perk that the Drury had over other hotels to put it over the top, but it was a let down.
Also, there was a brief fire alarm in the morning around 7:30am, and no mention was made about why it went off or if everything was ok. It turned off after about a minute. Just didn't know if we needed to evacuate or what was going on. All I wanted to do was sleep in.
Breakfast in the morning was really good, they had a lot of options and everything was kept clean.
Otherwise, everything was great. Would stay there again if we are in Grand Rapids.

Great facility with a very ample buffet at breakfast and dinner, but they seemed to be understaffed as the the hot tub and pool were closed and front desk had to be phoned to come.

We will stay at this location anytime we are in Grand Rapids. We were treated to dinner and several alcoholic beverages, free of charge. I have never been treated better

We were very impressed with this place. It was very clean and nicely updated. The staff was top notch. Very nice breakfast and also dinner buffet with 3 complementary drinks included in the price. There was a nice pool and many families with children. Great for them too, two square meals and a heated pool!!

We loved the family friendly environment and everything was wonderful. The only thing is that the rooms done have usb ports so you have to bring them with you. I usually only have the cords when I travel.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past. It's safe, quiet, close to malls and dining options. It offers a good buffet breakfast. Beds are comfortable.

The staff is unfailingly polite every time. The food was solid, if not very exciting, and there was a decent selection of choices. Free beer/wine/cocktails were a tremendous plus. The atmosphere was relaxed, there was plenty of space, and our room was mostly clean and in good condition. We will stay at that property again without hesitation, and Drury inn will be high on our list in the future.
