It is a hotel in the garden, the environment is very quiet, elegant, clean, highly recommended for female travelers. The furniture in the hotel is also very fashionable, the impression of the Moroccan and European style mixed. Although the shower room is small, it has a hair dryer, large and small bath towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc., which is very convenient. Breakfast is also delicious. I've not been having the best luck with hotels in Morocco - my recent experience at Atlas Orient in Oujda brought to mind one of the great questions, who (was rating that wretched place highly in the 21st century)? My experience at Ibis Abdelmoumen brings to mind another, HOW THO? Like how is this one of the best rated hotels in Casablanca and what does this say for the competition? Let's start with getting in. I 'checked in' online and the email I received boldly stated that my cards would be waiting for me at 12pm. Yo Ibis, maybe be a bit more modest in your aims yeah? 20 plus minutes later after an exhausting journey me and my new closest friend in Morocco (judged by time spent together), the front desk clerk are still finishing off some kind of process (I was just standing there). Needless to say, having stayed at hotels around the world this was longer than all other check Ind by an order of magnitude. Not only this, but my new closest friend tried to charge me the whole price of the stay despite me already paying a deposit - et tu, front desk guy?? (Luckily I wasn't so jetlagged to not notice). At least after such an exhaustive process he endured I got a decent room...oh wait, the toilet was broken and was continuously flushing - which we could hear from the hallway approaching the room. I guess if we'd spent another 20 minutes at the desk they might've caught it. Also these rooms are noisy bruh (Niagara toilets aside), like for real. We were on the 10th and then 8th floor with the window closed and there were so many car honks that you'd think Morocco had just won the World Cup (they hadn't). If 'urban chaos' sounds like your kind of audioscape get down to Ibis Abdelmoumen - just be sure to calculate in to your stay time to spend at the front desk.

I've been staying with my husband and my two young children. I recommend this hotel, mini ketchette, fridge, oven, washing machine, small living room with TV, there was a TV also in front of our bed. Balcony with a table and two chairs. Room very clean, bedroom litter very comfortable, the sofa bed, on the other hand is not comfortable, but the children don't realize it. Two small bottles of water, as well coffee and tea are offered. The room was not in the room, we asked again and the room woman. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

This hotel is deceptive. The ground floor and lobby is quite nice but the other floors and the rooms are not. The beds were clean and comfortable, the room was decent, and the shower was nice. I did see what looked like a blood stain on the bathroom wall though. The breakfast was good and had eggs, sausage, beans, sweet and other bread and rolls, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, chicken, slices, and cheese available. It's located right on a tram line and taxis are going by so the time, yet it's a relatively quiet street. That's the good news, now for the bad. Most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. The rooms let in all the noise from the hallway and you can hear phones ringing etc. the elevator buttons on each floor don't always work to summon the elevator. There is no safe in the room, and I felt like we needed one. The wifi stopped working often and was quite slow at times. The tap water is not drinkable. The orange juice at the buffet breakfast tasted a bit like Tang. Although cheap, I don't know that it was worth the price.

#Praise# Satisfied with security; the hotel is located in the old town of Casablanca, (the old town is really old, specifically dilapidated) The hotel is still warm and the staff is very good, but the room hygiene is not flattering. I bought a rag at the door downstairs to wipe the table and countertops. It feels much better. The key is that the price is not affordable for a few days. There is also a good location, especially convenient. The old city is too old but it is also an abbreviation of old Casablanca. How to say it, overall it is good.

Nice art deco elements in the architecture. The front desk generously let us check in at noon; a big plus after a long flight and the trip from the airport to the hotel. Good location within walking distance of the central market and the port. Discotheques, tramway and roundabout nearby cause a noisy environment until midnight. The flies flying in the entrance leaves a very bad impression. The bedding is acceptable but the bench cushions and decorative blankets are very dirty. The king bed is actually two double beds pushed together. The shower tends to leak water everywhere. We are told that the water is drinkable but the taste of chlorine is very strong. The price at 385 MAD was in line with what we received

The room is very nice, clean, and quiet, apartment type, with induction cooker oven refrigerator and tableware kitchenware, you can buy vegetables and cook by yourself, just in the city center.
