The Keurig machine would have been there since there was a keurig coffee packet. Other than that it was the loveliest and coziest stay with the best and most hospitable service!

Not novotel standard. Food is bad, room not clean and aircon is not working well. View is not bad though

This is my go-to hotel. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and the location is incredibly convenient with tons of great restaurants nearby. I've been staying here since 2024, it really feels like a second home, haha!

The hotel is just next to the train station make sure you drop off at casa port.
The location is good and the room looks better than the pictures on website

Quite disappointed with the in-room amenities.
There are 3 of us in the family and my daughter is only 11 years old, there were only 2 towels in the bedroom and the shampoo/shower gel are really small bottles enough for 1/2 person. We had to call to ask for additional amenities. There were no bath mats.
Im at bit appalled by their coffee cup its paper cup instead of mug.
On Day 2 the HSKP gave us bedroom slippers we didnt have it on day 1. Not sure if it was the Tip given and we were given extras. Again they did not give the additional towel for my daughter and only have 1 set of shampoo and shower gel. We called to request and it didnt come at all.
Not sure if it qualifies as 4 star hotel though.

Hotel had good location and cleanliness. However, we had to check out early due an early flight and messaged the hotels 2 days in advance to request early breakfast (which was part of our room rate) at 6am instead of 6:30am - 7 am regular starting time. We got a call to confirm the day before that coffee / juice / fruits extra only will be available at 6am. However, when we got there at 6am the next morning, the breakfast area lights were off, there was no one there, there no juice and coffee machine was only dispensing hot chlorate. We had to get the hotel reception guy turn on the lights and couldnt really do the breakfast because by the time, lights were turned on and juice arrived, it was time to go to the airport. Dissappointing service after sending advance messages and getting hotel confirmation for accommodation.

Good location, friendly staff, however room air condition cannot be control, the room is too warm even though is cold outside and the temperature cannot be be adjusted, as the air condition only blowing hot air, open up window for cooling down the room is too noisy

To be fair.....this is not the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, but I am sure with a little more time they can attain that title! We arrived on time to check into our room and were told the only room available was a handicapped room. Unusual, but OK we are not fussy. It turned out that the room had a wheelchair-compatible shower which was very low to the ground, and had a broken flush button/facing plate on the toilet, no rubbish bin etc. We asked the cleaning staff for a rubbish bin but we never received it. We asked the staff about visiting the Mosque and got completely different information from each staffmember. which is unusual as it is one of the only tourist attractions in the area. Based on so many red flags we should not have expected too much for the breakfast area. Coffee machine without coffee beans, cold sausages with no warming tray etc.

Room were getting cleaned every day but telephone was having lot of dust which was never cleaned during my stay for 5days.
Room floor required thorough mopping before if you accidentally walk without footwear then your feet will surely get dirty.
Room service calls were never answered.
Fitness center was in very bad condition, 3 equipment was not in working condition including the full body workout machine which had broken cables. Only treadmill, cycle & elliptical walk machine was working.

The room loves with mosquitos. No glass, only serve paper cup. Lack of clothes hangers.

Location is good. Hotel is nice. Pillow had a smell of chlorine or something like that, hard to sleep with such type of smell in your bed.
