During the stay, the hotel replaced the new bed. The smell of the new bed was very bad. I told the front desk to replace the old bed or find a way to get rid of the smell or change the room. They said there was no room to change. In addition, I didn’t hear any complaints from others. The bed smells and the attitude is very unfriendly.

Very nice hotel catering to everyone. They have banquets in adjacent facilities, they have workers and business people, combined with older couples.
Great restaurant down stairs and a gym next door.
Rooms might starting to see some aging, but comfy beds and pillows and it is very nice and clean.
I will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed our stay, the staff were fantastic from the minute we arrived til we checked out. The room was lovely & clean. The buffett breakfast was lovely & hot.

Good location for making day trips from.
Midleton, Cork and Kinsale
Was a wedding happening and music from reception was loud.
No face cloths for those coffee us from North America that are used to having them.

Overall this hotel is fantastic.
The room is spacious and very clean. The toilet is very clean as well. The water pressure is excellent. The staff at the reception are nice, polite and accommodating.
The bathroom floor is “slippery”. Due to a very high water pressure, i wasn’t able to have a bit of hot water in the shower. It is also a bit difficult to turn the knob of the shower.
The hotel is a bit far from the train or bus station in the centre.
Will I recommend this hotel? Yes.
