The attention of the staff was the only good thing about the place. A hotel, which must have been nice when it was inaugurated, is now long gone. Leaks at the reception, lack of cleaning, old doors swollen by humidity, which had to be slammed to open or close, with the risk of being left with the handle in your hand.

I stayed for 4 nights, and although I had read several unpleasant comments, I must say that I found the staff extremely friendly. The hotel has a clean and pleasant park with a pool and lounge chairs. Breakfast had fresh products. In the afternoon, one can serve tea free of charge. I had a room on the 3rd floor with a nice view. At the reception they got me a ticket to go to Cerro de la Virgen. That said, I must say that the rooms lack painting maintenance and other building arrangements, but during my stay I was able to bathe and have a good bed to rest. The wifi in the room is not good, but I got by using data. The hotel is 2 stars, and the price-quality ratio was correct. If you are looking for a hotel with luxuries or good infrastructure or you are a retailer, look for another hotel and you will surely pay for that too. The location is central. My stay was correct for what I paid.

1Personal recepción muy amable . Sauna no está en funcionamiento. Piso del desayunador sucio. TV muy antigua. Mantenimiento descuidado , bidet inundó la habitación, debímos cambiarnos..(incomodidad ). Faltaban servilletas y mermelada en desayuno., descuido en el servicio.

En un desastre. Nos hospedamos habitación del primer piso, 5 noches sin agua caliente (tibia) o directamente fría nunca lo solucionaron. Desayuno espantoso hasta pan duro. No llega ni a una estrella

MIl puntos para el fotografo que logro unas fotos increibles de un lugar que es horrile. Huele a humedad, el desayuno esta lleno de moscas. Eramos 4 personas esperando el ascensor y el dueño y su mujer quisieron tomarlo primero y hacernos esperar el proximo a nosotros, los huespedes. El dueño le tira piedras a los perros de la calle, con muy buena punteria. y hay estacionamiento para dos autos, si tenes suerte y no llego el dueño en su auto. Toallas percudidas, tele de 14 pulgadas con señal llovida y internet intermintente. El baño lleno de hongos en las juntas de los ceramicos.

El hotel se encuentra muy cerca del centro, pero no 3 cuadras como dice la publicacion(ademas las cuadras son interminables). El estacionamiento esta sujeto a disponibilidad, yo no tuve lugar ninguna de las 3 noches que me hospede. La habitacion pequeña con AA sin frigobar y un muy muy buen colchon. El patio con las piles muy bueno, aunque solo estaba habilitada la piscina de arena. Una noche senamos muy bien en el restaurant, no es caro y los mozos super simpaticos, no como los de recepcion. El desayuno fue un desastre, muy mal organizado y pobre en alternativas. Mucha gente opto por desayunar fuera del hotel. Conclusion, relacion precio calidad muy recomenfable.

Voy a comenzar por lo bueno, ubicación buena . Cerca del centro comercial y plaza principal. Cama comoda, las habitaciones son un poco lúgubres y tienen una ventana pequeña. Falta ventilación, las habitaciones de arriba corre un poco más el aire. Lo más lindo es el parque, tiene reposeras y mesitas para sentarte a descansar al aire libre. AHORA SÍ EL DESAYUNO Y LA PERSONA ENCARGADA DE ABRIR EL QUINCHO PARA DESAYUNAR DE TERROR , NUNCA ABRIÓ A LAS 7 HS . ME FUÍ A TODAS LAS EXCURSIONES SIN DESAYUNAR . NI SIQUIERA UN CAFÉ. La idea era hospedarnos del 17 al 19/11/22, pero terminamos yéndonos el 18 aún habiendo abonado de antemano hasta el día siguiente. El mantenimiento deja bastante que desear, el desayunador era una fiesta de moscas y como si esto fuera poco, nos cortaron el agua de la habitación sin previo aviso, por la mañana y por la tarde, con 35 grados de calor. Ante nuestro reclamo nos permitieron bañarnos en otra habitación que había sido liberada ese día, sin haberla limpiado. Cuando cargamos las valijas, un día antes del checkout correspondiente, nadie del hotel nos preguntó nada, como si fuera un alivio que nos vayamos. Disculpas nadie pidió, obviamente.
