Nice view from hotel, where u can see both Caribbean Sea and lagoon!

It was the best ever experience. Everything was all inclusive. all the stuff were so nice and the quality of food was amazing. They had a light show as well. It’s worth the money to stay. They have variety of program while are you staying.

Beautiful services, but really slow for restaurants

I stayed at the Secrets the Vine to celebrate my birthday May 27, 2022- June 01, 2022. Overall, I'd give the hotel a solid 3.5 out of 5. It honestly didn't live up to either me or my boyfriends expectations for the big price tag. The facilities were nice and my room was nice with a nice view of the ocean. Pros: staff came and cleaned every day. Shower got really hot. Bed was comfy. Cons: Only 2 pillows on the bed. I like at least two each for proper neck support and comfort. I've stayed in nicer hotels for less. The food overall was just okay. The breakfast buffet lacked in variety and the food could definitely use more seasonings and flavor. The staff in the restaurants were mostly friendly. The one thing I didn't like the most was the lack of activities on the hotel site. It rained for like 3 days straight over my vacation and the hotel offered very little to keep us entertained. There were towels, buckets, and puddles all over the lobby area from the rain water seeping in. I'm sure that was a safety hazard in its self. Bottom line: Oftentimes I found myself quite bored and had to leave the premises in search of a good time. If you're just looking to relax and kick your feet up, then stay here. If you want entertainment and fun, please continue your search.

Great place will go back. Didn't want to leave.

Love the stay

An all-inclusive hotel with a reasonable price in the same industry. The hotel has a nice beach and ocean view! The food is also good! You can choose to have breakfast delivered directly to your room, which is a very considerate service!

Hygiene: Very clean, the public areas are also very clean Service: The restaurant has to wait for a table during the peak meal period. We checked in at 7pm and had dinner at about 9pm. Others: There are more middle-aged and elderly guests in the United States

The facility was clean and the food was delicious. I was very satisfied.

Very good service for Preferred It seems that the system such as check-in/check-out by floor and concierge is good. However, the facilities seem to be a bit outdated (compared to Scarlett), and the wait at the restaurant is so long... It usually took 1 to 1 and a half hours So on the first day, I just didn't eat dinner, took a nap, and even though I went at 8:30, they didn't ask me to come at 10.. That's also the restaurant dedicated to the Preferred Room. there is... A hard place to eat Oh, of course, if it was delicious, I wouldn't have complained, the rib eye steak was tough for the first time since I was born, my wife's medium rare, my own medium, I just left everything behind and ordered room service hamburgers to eat. Well the rest was so good Vine Cafe Vanilla Dream Coffee and Chocolate Dream were delicious and the staff were friendly In fact, I was just here to go downtown so I wasn't at the hotel much.

Overall satisfactory with overall facilities, service, food taste, etc. I liked that the outdoor pool was divided into 3 areas of different sizes.

It can only be regarded as a 4-star hotel. If you want to do all-inclusive, there is nothing to do except swimming and sunbathing during the day. There are too few activities and the food is so-so. There is nothing to choose. The beach is really nice and beautiful, and the weather in February is pleasant
