Je suis resté dans cet hôtel une journée durant un circuit et j'en garde un très bon souvenir. Les chambres sont agréables avec de l'eau et un bon wifi. Je recommande la vue au dernier étage Le personnel est sympathique. Bon petit déjeuner varié. Bonne adresse.

Bon hôtel de ville. L’hôtel est excentré, il faut prendre un transport pour aller au centre. Notre chambre était spacieuse et assez propre. L’hôtel propose deux bouteilles d’eau et des articles de toilette. Le confort du lit est satisfaisant. Grande salle de bains, mais très sombre, il est impossible pour un homme de se raser ou pour une dame de se maquiller. Le Wifi est stable avec un bon débit. Le rooftop est très sympa et la piscine est entretenue, des serviettes sont disponibles. Vue imprenable sur la ville. Petit déjeuner copieux avec des plats variés. Hôtel d’un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Séjour d'une nuit début février 2024 dans le cadre d'un circuit. Hôtel en centre-ville. Personnel avenant. Belle piscine mais pas très propre. Petite chambre avec une petite fenêtre. Coffre qui ne fonctionne pas ce qui est très ennuyeux. Carte magnétique qui ne fonctionne qu’avec un ascenseur sur 3 ce qui est très énervant. Calme la nuit. Un petit déjeuner assez moyen pour un occidental adepte des viennoiseries. On se contente de café, toasts et confiture. Une étape correcte sans plus pour une visite de la ville.

Washing bedding is not hygienic. I caught 5 cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom.

Very disappointing stay! The pictures are so much better than the hotel really is. Strange layout of the room & there is see through glass in the bathroom, so they have shades that build up mildew & mold. Really gross! None of the employees there speak English, so communication was impossible. Only positive is the breakfast buffet. The hotel is also at the end of a street with no nearby restaurants. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It's a luxury surgical hotel, but should I say it's a luxury prison? There is a small window in the ceiling I never want to go again Breakfast is okay.

Overall, the breakfast and the room were okay. One thing is that the receptionist doesn't speak English, which is a bit troublesome!

During our 13-day trip, this is the first establishment where we were disappointed 😢. Although the room is spacious, it is really starting to lack maintenance (stained walls and burnt furniture). But that’s nothing: a chemical breakfast and a large staff…but totally absent.

We stayed during a tour in Jan 2023, and had a terrible experience! Woke up with tons of bed bugs. The safe didn't work, and they had to replace it twice, and even then the safe didn't function correctly. The AC was not working at all. This is not the standard of a 3-4 star hotel. Travelers beware and book somewhere else.

This hotel smelled awful. A strong smell of mold. The swimming pool was very bad, when my family swam in the pool, my son got rashes that lasted multiple days. The pool looked dirty and was very acidic and tasted soyr..
