This hotel is in a nice location, not far from the river, quiet in the evenings. Not far from important places. It is a large hotel with big rooms, large reception area, easy parking, has a grand feeling to it. But the hotel is not being kept up well. Walls have marks on them, carpets have stains, it looks and feels old. And so instead of making renovations and modern changes, they include breakfast buffets and lower the price some days. It’s too bad, I’m sure when the hotel first opened, many people talked about it.

The hotel is clean, the staff is very enthusiastic. I really like the free cafe and cakes area for guests staying at the hotel. Because I arrived earlier than expected at 11:30, luckily at the beginning of the week, there was a room that was very happy for me to check in early without charge.

Size of hotel room is big, breakfast is great with lots of different choices. Delicious local restaurants arr also nearby. A very good place worthy for staying when visiting Can Tho city.

The location is close to / in the center, on big street. Room is as described and as photos. Have everything for basic needs. Staffs are friendly and easy to get in contact with them if needs

I really enjoyed my two-night stay here. I was lucky to have room #4 with a balcony and a great view over the river. The room has a spacious sitting room, separate bedroom with a comfy bed and powerful AC, and a shower with piping hot water and good water pressure. There was plenty of free drinking water as well as a free alcoholic welcome drink and fruit basket on arrival. The room is clean and has plenty of character. Being a small hotel, the receptionist remembered my name and was very friendly. The hotel has a fabulous restaurant and rooftop bar, and the location can't be beat. I deducted one star because the wi-fi didn't work during my stay so I had to change a few scheduled online work meetings to phone calls. Despite the wi-fi issues, I would definitely stay here again during future trips to Can Tho. I preferred this hotel over the neighboring TTC Hotel. If you visit Can Tho, grab a coffee at Time Cafe, have a cocktail at N-Nice' Cocktail and Bar and eat at Ban Xeo 7 Toi.

Con Khuong Resort Rooms are great. Big. Spacious, super clean and a big bath with full scenic views as it opens into the bedroom with a glass pane that could be closed off with a screen. It had a stunning floating tub that I enjoyed particulary! The balcony was spacious and overlooked the pool. We had a double room, deluxe. The scenery from the balcony was incredible. It had complete privacy as it had treetops and a gorgeous river view beyond the pool views which were right below. They arranged for netflix connectivity on the smart tv as soon as we requested. The rooms are new and well maintained. The resort is well run. From time we checked in things went smoothly and every request from the room was taken seriously and responded to at once. Check out was delayed by some unwarranted time. Took almost 20 min from the time we came out from our room though we checked out at the same time we had informed them prevous day. So not sure why so much delay even if they wanted to check the rooms. Most hotels take negligible time even if they wait for the room check as its merely a formality and all the bills ought to be ready. With the result our cab was made to wait for 20 min as it had came on time for airport drop! The pool service was lacking. The pool itself is strangely designed in depth . Its sloping sharply from 0.5m to 1.6m in a very narrow distance so felt odd . Also there were no pools handles to hold on to walking in and out of it. So getting in and out was very challenging. Especially so for those with accessibility issues and for senior citizens. Not to mention dangerous as well as the risk of slipping is high. Also the pool deck area has no accessibility slope so had steps or was one really high height to access . Other than that the pool was lovely and very relaxing as it was exquisetely set admist a lotus water garden of pink and white giant lotuses. The whole resort garden was beautifully maintained. Pool service itself was poor. Nobody to get the towels or clear the dirty ones off the loungers. Nor was there any proper service. Every time I would have to go over all the way up to the pool bar and cafe and ask for a menu or for somebody to come and take an order. At times I had to stand for a really long time at the pool deck and look for somebody to come attend or catch an attendants attention. The showers were in a really odd far off place and in a closed off room so had to walk all the way there which entailed a lot of steps again. It would have been easy if there were an open shower by the pool area. The resort itself is very serene and calm and right by the river. The location is sublime and you can enjoy the beatitude and calm that envelops the place naturally. I really was looking forward to enjoying the balcony. But it was ruined by nightfall as it has a big light that comes on automatically. So we cannot enjoy it the way we like. Ideally I like to sit at dusk and enjoy the birds and the fading light. The hotel is very suitable for family trips, rooms are large and clean, breakfast is delicious, swimming pool is clean. The hotel is close to markets, entertainment centers and restaurants.

Very nice hotel close to the beach, with always clean and nice room with seawiev, nice pool in the garden. There is also really good breakfast at hotel restaurant with wide choice of different foods including local fruits, really very kind staff everywhere you come. Every time we went to Can Tho, we stayed to the Saigon Cantho Hotel. This time we saw the deterioration of this hotel which is no longer a 3 star hotel. Very nice welcome. The people at the reception are always friendly and professional. They are very customer-friendly. There is no longer a bellboy to carry the luggage and show the rooms. Our bedroom and bathroom were clean and quiet. THE NEGATIVE : the buffet breakfast included in the price is a disaster, a joke of bad taste. No respect for hotel guests. The servers are completely incompetent : one of them, the tallest in size, hides behind the counter to play on his phone. The other boy, behind his soup cart, tries to do his job and that of his friend, but seems to have no motivation. No manager came during our presence to monitor the work of the servers. They are left to their own devices without any control from their leader. Buffet food is miserable and looks like leftover meals from the day or days before. Many customers enter the buffet breakfast room, watch the culinary disaster and leave without even having a coffee. Such a situation is unworthy of a 3 star hotel. From now on I will stay in another hotel in Can Tho.
