Good:Modern building with fancy interior in nice, silent environment next to an artifical lake.
Bad:Poor breakfast, no glasses nor fork on the table, leftovers from the previous days were served. No blanket on the bed only sheet. No glasses in the room. The sliding door rattled in the air blasts.

Located in the Sannio hills, it has a beautiful view of the Campolattaro dam (WWF oasis). The structure is elegant, very clean and with attention to the smallest details. Entering the bathrooms you have the impression of being in a spa. The pool is large and deep only in the middle, plus there is also another one for children. The space for relaxation is very large with large, well-made loungers. There is also a hydromassage tub in the structure which must be booked in advance. The structure also has rooms for those wishing to stay on site. At the bar you can find everything for breakfast and lunch. The owners are kind and very thoughtful towards customers.

The location is wonderful, it has a view of the Campolattaro dam, the staff were polite and very helpful, the rooms were clean... The owner was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was perfect... we will definitely return, the swimming pool is well looked after.

Beautiful experience.... Daniele is an exceptional person and super helpful for anything... the guys at the bar always have a smile and are ready to satisfy any request... Donato is always vigilant to ensure that your day is absolute relaxation in the pool without any hitches... Last but not least, the lifeguards who make donuts, life jackets, swimming boards etc. available to everyone... ... We also stayed for 1 night in a brand new room well furnished in a modern style with all the comforts available... Well what can I say, it was a perfect 2 days.... We will return as soon as possible because where we have enjoyed ourselves we always return....

We were in this lake view paradise in the last week of August with our little girl, the view is breathtaking, on the other hand the postcard name suits it ... clean and delightful rooms in their simplicity. The courteous and helpful owners from the beginning of the stay to the end, pampered us and made us feel at home as if we were part of their family, we already miss them, a hug to Daniele and his wife, to Benedetta and Davide, we will see you again on next year!!!
