I spent 8 days there on the second week of October 2023 with my husband and our 2.5 years old. The weather was gorgeous as is the resort and the food and we had a fantastic time. The best: - Natalia in the Baby Club and Zidane in the entertainment team were superstars. - The room wasn't huge but was newly renovated and very clean, and the bed extremely comfortable. - The cleaning team on our floor (room 4215) was a delight, they did their job great and they treated us and our daughter very nicely every time they saw us. - The freshly grilled fish, freshly prepared pasta and freshly cooked pizza at Portofino restaurant for lunch were incredible. The good: - The burgers at the pub were pretty good and pretty much all food at the restaurants was good. - Getting pool chairs was usually not a problem and we are not early risers. - Sara and Manuel with the entertainment team were also nice. Actually, pretty much everyone on staff at the hotel were very nice and going out of their way to help you in any way they could. The not-so-good: - Breakfast could get really crowded and it felt like they were not expecting as many guests as they had (in terms of tables being cleaned quickly, buffets refilled...) - While the weather was still gorgeous, the Italian restaurant closed for dinner for the season the day after we arrived, and was closing for lunch for the season the day we left, when they were expecting a full resort the following week. Don't close it so early! - Many nights there was only one restaurant available that was not the show cooking buffet, and booking was close to impossible event if we tried to book for all nights the same day we arrived. I don't know if this is their usual way of working or they thought it was lower season but it wasn't good, since the show cooking buffet was OK, but nothing special.

We always try to find smaller boutique hotels to stay at when we travel and we found Limen Wellness Hotel online. We didn’t really know what to expect from a wellness hotel but it sounded great. We spent a few nights at “Limen” in October 2023 and want to share our wonderful experience. The hotel is situated just off the main road from Palermo towards Cefalu. The location is excellent with several options for nearby restaurants (by car). We especially loved Ron e Salvo, which is amazing! It’s also a short drive to the long sandy beach. We were warmly greeted by the Limen staff at check-in and they stored our luggage for us until our room was ready. (We arrived early) The room was very spacious, clean and the bed was super comfortable. Every area of the hotel had a lovely SPA sense and smell to it. The pool/jacuzzi area was calm, beautiful and perfect. We also booked massages in the SPA and they were very relaxing. The best part of the stay was the breakfast buffet! A wonderful spread of choices, hot food, breads, cereals, yogurts, fruit, cakes, fresh juices, coffees and an incredible hot chocolate. The breakfast really sets the tone for the Wellness hotel since we felt great starting our days with breakfast by the pool. The staff was absolutely lovely and very attentive. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The hotel is clean and has a terrace to eat outside, the food is good but it is not available for Italian carcasses of quality. Beach with bacons, foresee river shoes but it is noted in the documents that are transmitted to us before departure, such as what is included or not in the All-inclusive formula. The room is modern and pleasant and is kept by pleasant staff. Sufficient pool to refresh, pleasant tree gardens ......par against music around the pool is too strong .....je realizes that the average age of the client may make fear of some deafness but you should not exaggerate ..... Team Unpleasant frame that answers questions by ”been it's noted here madam”.....animation swimming pool where staff is obviously very willing to be elsewhere .... Nice excursions that it is better to foresee from the booking because some such as Etna are not more available on site ...... But thank you for your attention to some guides that have such an emphasis that you do not understand anything ....... and thank you for indicating the number of kilometres to travel and the level, This will avoid meeting people whose physical condition is completely inadequate and thus find themselves in difficulty while slowing down the whole group.
