Generally the hotel was good in most areas, to summarise: Food/restaurant: as expected, standard all inclusive type buffet, a little like a noise school canteen, but no different than any other hotel. A good variety at all means, not overly hot though, which was a shame. Entertainmt: kids good, plenty to do, kids club open a couple hours a day. Evening- bingo every night, didn’t play as they never said what prizes were. Visiting acts were mixed quality! Kids disco standard. Room: Very clean, spacious, comfy bed, good view. Only let down was sheets were not changed, even when I had cut my leg so bled on them. Towels changed twice. Swimming: Pools clean and tidy. No pool games as far as we saw which is unusual. Reception: Helpful some times, depended who was working. Happy to book taxis for you. Check in was quite efficient. Location: Really good, lovely little tiny beach 2 mins walk. Other beaches walkable. Shops and restaurants about 5-10 mins walk. Water park 10 mins walk. Ciutadella, taxi ride away for about 8 euros. Nice day out, historic and some lovely shopping. All in all a good holiday through Jet2. The Jet2 rep was a let down, but not hotels fault. A good few hours out is the horse racing which is a 5 minute walk happens once a week

We have been to this resort before and we always love it. We requested rooms next door as we was staying with family which they did accommodate, however they were upper floors which wasn’t so easy with toddlers and push chairs. Resort is beautifully maintained as always. Worth noting that cocktails are no longer made from scratch with crushed ice, they are now poured from a carton. So not as nice. The box by kids club that everyone used to leave leftover sun cream etc is no longer there either. Also vending machines were all empty. Make sure you get water and milk for the little ones from the shop as it was hard work getting milk for a bottle from the restaurant when we arrived as a late check in on the first night. The maids were very good. A few of our little ones got a sickness bug and although there was a language barrier they soon gave us plenty of fresh bedding and helped us clean up. We did tip them for this and they was so grateful but they really did help in a stressful situation. Shop on site is very well stocked. Pharmacy is a short stroll away. Unfortunately we didn’t have the best weather, and there isn’t much to do when it’s raining as it is a beach/pool focused area. That can’t be helped. Food perfectly fine, entertainment good, especially the queen singer. Jimmy hills a short stroll away has a little soft play area for kiddies. Reception are happy to change up money and call taxis when required.

Ihave been lucky enough to stay allover this beautiful Island and Ihave got to say its the most cleanest, friendliest complex i have been on .two storey apartments surronded by well kept and litter free gardens.staff constantly cleaning ,picking up cups ,pruning plants .The dinner hall I thought had a massive selection for everybody from Salads ,cakes chips pancakes pizza even a range of local cuisine. The staff again constantly cleaning tables .lovely hotel receptionist so kind and helpful and all bar staff great. My family did not need childrens clubs but there was a club for them.We would of liked to see more activities in the pool ie water polo or fitness but we did go on the last week for closing the season. My apartment floor was literally shining ,beds and towels changed twice weekly .Lovely spacious balcony over looking the pool .please let some of these negative reviews go over your head. Its a fabulous 3 star resort . great supermarket on site and immaculately clean toilets by the pool area .

Clean hotel, nice rooms with bedroom and kitchenette ( upstairs rooms not good for anyone with young children or mobility issues) reception good, easy check in/out, food and drink typical 3 star all inclusive! Always something there for everyone! Getting sunbeds is an ordeal in the mornings and you have to be down by the pool in plenty of time for the piles of sunbeds to be unlocked at 8-30 ish!! Very stressful! Then at 6-30pm you get kicked off the beds even though the sun is out until 9ish!! There is also horrible netting (eye sore) around the main pool which means when you are on a sun bed you can’t see people (family members) in the pool!! This is very strange!! Not sure why it is only on the main pool! Entertainment area is not big enough for the amount of guests! And people were reserving seats for the entertainment using towels!!! Location fairly good with many bars restaurants and kid’s entertainment close by! Visit to the horse racing on a Sunday is a must! Ten minute walk away!

It's about 45 mins away from the airport, by coach but you see some nice scenery. The reception staff are friendly and speak English. The location is good. Close to beaches, shops and bars but far enough not to hear noise from the bars, not that they're loud and rowdy. Apartment and resort were clean, cleaner came 3 times during our week stay. We did stay during the storm and came home to a puddle in our living area. Some people had floods up to their kitchenette. The rain was coming through the doors as they aren't really water tight. We had pull out beds this time, which were OK, bit of a gap between them so prob not suitable for really small children. Gardens are kept nicely with beautiful flowers. Pools are clean. There are lifeguards, but they don't see to be paying any attention. The pool can be busy of inflatables and water pistols which did get annoying. Sunbeds, all we reserved before the pool opened!! We were lucky to get one before 5pm. Towards the end of the week (we went last week of school hols so a bit quieter), there were a few left. The food was delicious, a lot of choice (meat, fish, pasta, rice, pizza, chips etc). However, we have been 3 times and the deserts haven't changed. The staff were all friendly.

We had a fantastic fun filled holiday with so much to do for the kids. Really recommend heading over to the bar across the street. This is where we spent every evening for entertainment! Glad we didn’t go all inclusive as quite a few guests had said it wasn’t the best. We only had one experience of the kitchen which was lunch and it wasn’t great but was not awful. The splash park for the kids is fantastic. One of the best ones we have been to. The rooms although dated, were great for what we needed.

Spent a week here and it was good value. Certainly pros and cons. The food was id say average at best and I've definitely had better. It wasn't great. I mean deep fried brocoli from the day before is a questionable delicacy but they had fresh salad, rice dishes, bread so you'll probably manage to find something you'll eat. The room we had was a twin one bedroom with a fold out double sofa bed. The room was cool- with air con, clean, had a little usable kitchenette and fridge. Decent really for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids ages 3 and 6. Lovely location for us right by the bottom pool and the football Court. The pool areas started to get really busy and there was a bit of a sun bed battle I imagine at peak times this will cause issues. They are though kept clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and approachable. Drinks service was always fast with a decent enough selection including diet soft drinks which isn't always the case. We booked a private transfer and arrived in about 45 minutes. Some of the coach transfers were taking upwards of 1 ½ hours so I'd say if you have have kids and can go for the private transfer it's a MUST. Location is fairly queit but with shops bars and restaurants nearby. The bars had inflatable play areas for kids which was a real hit. There isn't really a beach, just a cove with stones and access to the water. Very quiet on the evening we walked down there but not what our kids would expect. Water is incredibly clear but seems to attract the old jelly fish.... I didn't venture in for that reason! Onsite shop was reasonable priced and had a great selection including a host of inflatables which are all the rage poolside. There site isn't particularly secure though does have locable key card access gates that could be utitilised and really should be more. (Second review to follow re this element) There is a little play area for kids with sandy floor and play equipment,  alongside a kids club that you can pop into. The kids loved the 'sand park' and was a change from the pool for them. We didn't ve ture too far afelild as the kids were well happy with what was on offer on site and at the bars nearby. We were all inclusive and even though the food wasn't the best, its probably worth it for the drinks. Ice cream other than with dinner IS NOT included and neither are kids slushy drinks. Overall for the money we paid I was happy with what we got. I'm torn between a 3 and a 4 stars.... 3 ½

Nice hotel but you will need a car to get to nice beaches Rooms, pool and area nice and clean.Food was ok. We rented car to travel around the island so we spend most of the days away from hotel. However there was nothing to complaint as we didn't expect any luxury.
