We spent a week in this hotel (a few more days would have been welcome) This hotel fully deserves its 5-star hotel status The quality of services is perfect, the staff is extremely friendly The quality and choice of food is truly excellent!! The comfort of the room is impeccable Regarding the evening shows, they were impressive! There was a “Galla” evening where the buffet was once again taken to a higher level as well as a magnificent show! The drinks menu as well as the food is very large and the price is reasonable, especially for a 5 star hotel! Concerning the swimming pool there was very little depth and to go to the beach you have to walk a bit In conclusion, the hotel deserves its 5 stars

Excellent hotel from food staff facilities could not recommend this hotel enough .Everything was first class the pool and surrounding area is amazing. Hope to come back in the Autumn . The staff could not do enough for you . The hotel is in a lovely quiet area of Cala Millor and just a stroll to the beautiful walk along the beach

Stayed for 4 nights at Hipotels Hipocompo Palace. The food was excellent, good choice and well cooked. Staff were helpful and friendly. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Beautiful swimming pool. Will book again.

Our first 5 Star was nice! There isn't a huge difference from a Hipotels 4 Star but it has it's perks. Sauna is free, includes towels, robes and slippers. The pool area is very nice and the pool is modern. Clean hotel. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Miguel, the man can do it all! The kitchen staff is awesome. Great food! The deserts are on point! Getting fresh pool towels is a little aggravating due to the short period of time in the afternoon to get them. As another person wrote, the mattresses are not so great. The rooms and the wellness area could use a little touch up. The restaurant is a bit tight, could use a little rethinking on how the food areas are set up. All in all a positive experience.

I am writing this review at 0500 in the morning because I no longer sleep on the this awful bed. We currently enjoying another stay at Hipocampo palace. The hotel itself remains very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, this time around, the sleep quality wasn't ideal. The memory foam mattress we had was unsupportive and had a dip in the center, causing back pain, I’ve had enough and I desperately looking forward to returning home. Many hotels now offer a variety of mattress options to cater to different preferences. Perhaps Hipotels could consider this as well. Overall, we had a mostly positive experience, and we'd definitely consider returning if the mattress situation is addressed. However, it's worth noting that high-quality beds seem to be becoming the norm, and it would be great to see Hipotels keep up with that trend. One last note - it was a bit surprising to be charged for €5.50 for bottled water with our meals. Most hotels we stay at provide water free of charge. On a scale of 1-10, we would rate our stay a 7. With some improvements, it could easily be a 10 again.

The most beautiful hotel, exceeded all our expectations Rooms were clean and spacious the entire hotel was immaculate The team were friendly and helpful with every need you could have. Made our holiday extra special will definitely be visiting again 😊
