I booked this a long time ago and couldn't cancel, so I bit the bullet and stayed another night. Honestly, avoid this hotel unless absolutely necessary. The elevator door is quite unnerving. When checking in, the front desk kept chatting with another customer, making me wait '10 more minutes' repeatedly without actually checking me in. Check-out and room inspection were also very slow. There were an insane number of flies in the room, and it was quite dirty too.

This hotel is simple in terms of facility and services. But, it was good enough for me. The cost was reasonable and location was convinient for me. Only thing I want to complain is the shower room. After taking shower, I needed to wipe water spiled over outside the shower room.

The hotel is well placed near ramsis railway station and other go bus and blue bus station but the safeguard asking for tip because he bring luggage to the room is not good
