Good hotel when you have a long time connecting flight at Cairo airport. They provide you a free shuttle bus every 30mins. Also the all you can eat buffet dinner is very good with cost only 1020EGP per person.

The hotel is very conveniently located near airport, making it a best choice for travelers who are on short visit to or transit via Cairo. The facilities are outstanding with a well maintained swimming pool, nice restaurants, souvenir shops and with nice & attentive staffs. The check in was made a little earlier and smoother via online check-in. The room is clean, well maintained and spacious for the price range. The hotel offers free shuttle service to all the departure terminals (once in 30 minutes for 24 hours) and the complimentary buffer breakfast was awesome with a wide spread of menu items.

Spent a night. Room is small and rather dark.
It wasn't clean. Room wasn't prepared well.
No bathroom towels.
Housekeeping staff couldn't understand English well.
Pleasant surprise to have dinner and breakfast included.
Lobby and grounds are lovely, well kept.
Location is ideal near airport. Free airport shuttle shuttle half hour was an advantage.

If you are looking for a place to layover this hotel is near the airport, however, there’s no clear signage/ direction given from the hotel for the shuttle bus although already pre inform the hotel.
Secondly, due to late arrival, we expected for an exhausted body, hence booked for an additional day in Cairo for early stay in, however instead of double bed and facing swimming view, I received two merged single bed with terrible outside view. I paid extra to avoid those, but I still end up getting the wrong room, too exhausted to walk all the way to reception to complain.
Thirdly, poor English communication from the hotel, it took me more than half an hour of communication to request for empty bowls (which my call got transferred from departments to departments, but non of them understand what is a bowl), I end up receive a plate.

The hotel needs to up their game, I was allocated a room at check in which had already been occupied by another guest, you could imagine the surprise of myself and the guest when I tried to open the room at midnight. The reception gave me an upgrade, but the room wasn’t very clean it had stains in a lot of places, packaging of the tooth brush look like they date from the times of the Pharaoh.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Check-in took half an hour of waiting in line. When I first got to the room, it was dirty and hadn't been cleaned. The front desk staff were unhelpful, and even the complimentary breakfast was unappetizing.

I stayed here for one night before going into the city, and I was okay with it. I wouldn't stay for longer than a night, but it is suitable for someone who may not be in the room alot. The hotel itself is great, staff are accomodating and the pool + gym is huge & not busy. Good price.

Very bad service. Rude waitors are expecting tips even for bottle water which should be free. No fast feedback after phone call. Need to push them again and again. They open my door without knocking when I sleep.

The room facilities were good, and the hotel is close to the airport. However, the airport shuttle service was not great. There's only one shuttle at fixed times, so if there are too many people, you might miss it and have to wait for it to return for the next ride. Make sure to allow plenty of time.

we stayed there for one night. overall, everything was quite good, although the sink drain didn’t work properly. the location is convenient, especially if you need to be close to the airport.

This hotel is way better than the ones in Soho, almost on par with a typical Home Inns in China. It's super close to the airport and even has a free shuttle! Downstairs, there's a coffee shop, a pub, and a pool. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. The only drawback was the lack of Chinese power outlets. The only usable one was on the hairdryer, but it didn't even work well. Ended up buying an adapter downstairs for $5.
