Good location close to Train station and shopping mall, Great amenities and easy to access, you can see aged facilities in the room but they work well. Highly recommend.

The location is very convenient. It’s near to the cairns centre and train station. Very nice place!!

Nice apartment room. Refrigerator, stove , microwave as well as usual toaster and kettle. Next to large shopping centre with Coles and Woolworths.

The place is well run, the manager friendly. We liked the security and free parking.

Stayed here for Xmas. The apartments are located in walking distance to Esplanade and shops. The pools gym and sauna are nice. The room was mainly clean. Had some stain on our bedsheet. We used another bedsheet on top to cover.

A nice place to stay with decent rooms and some nice swimming pools and outside spaces. 15 mins easy stroll to the sea/esplanade and 5 mins from central station. I should mention that ‘garden view’ is an exterior view, the ‘swimming pool view’ is the interior and much nicer.

Customer service and Housekeeping services was absolutely fantastic. Room was very tidy and clean! Highly recommend and most definitely will be returning

The room size ok, floor was dirty, cutlery were old service did not exist people were noisy at late hours Good BBQ facilities over all would give a place a 3 Star rating.

It was convenient for sightseeing to city or Cairns shopping centre. There is nice swimming and BBQ area. I will probably come back to stay.

Located close to shopping mall which is really ideal (with a Cole’s and Woolworths too). Rooms are nice and have everything we needed for our stay. There are a few pools - but 3 out of 4 are very cold, there’s only one heated pool. The jacuzzi is heated but to the same temperature as a heated pool. Good place to stay for your trip to Cairns.

Great location to take a rest. Calm and confortable, easy to shopping center and train station. Not too far to lagoon.

Very well maintained property . Shower a tad high to get into for anyone elderly . No extraction fans in bathroom made it very hot . Kitchen facilities were great as were the bbq areas scattered around the property . Majority of the staff were ok , a lot don’t speak unless you go out of your way to speak first . Maintenance /gardener in particular quiet rude and intrusive wandering amongst the pools with his blower . Staff in reception were great , helped book tours and were friendly with advice . Would stay again for sure
