Literally a gang of people yelling in the courtyard at 10pm. Manager didn’t even do anything about it. I have nicer doors at my storage shelter than they have on their hotel rooms.
Don’t let the pictures fool you, no hot tub. Must be a baby pool. No one was there to take our order or seat us at the restaurant. Had to go into the kitchen to ask for help.
Not impressed. Do yourself a favor and find a new place to stay.

This is a beautiful hotel if you’re looking for some peace and quiet place. You’ll wake up to the sound of the birds. The only thing is that the food needs to get better, the price didn’t match the quality of food I was looking for. Overall, great hotel!

The hotel is off the main area and the parking is decent. The hotel is clean but the room we stayed, there is no hot water so it was a little terrible for showering.

The property was cute. There is definite need for updating as the sheets were very scratchy and the bathroom smelled. The staff was very kind and double checked the bathroom for us. I’d say it wasn’t worth what we paid, but was a nice place to stay and would have been worth half of what we paid. The pool was very nice and clean!
It is definitely in the forest so expect some loud birds.

The place is not what they sell in pictures. The room was smallest than small, no hot water, no parking in the premises, there was a water leak in the bathroom, so the floor was always wet, the pool was dirty, there was not a hot tub, the service was terrible

Beautiful location, it was nice and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and the restaurant on site. The room was clean and had a comfy bed. Nice staff, courteous and friendly.

First time staying there and they treated us like family. Especially Giselle that every night we came back to the hotel she was there to great us and talk to us. We love it there and we plan to return.

Upstairs floor had a puddle of water, dirty linens and garbage and it was on the floor next to our room and it was still there til when we left.
