Denise and Delaney were so nice. Denise was very pleasurable during the check in part and Delaney just went above and beyond. We stayed here w kids for the new years and she treated us so good. Very impressed.

Hotel was decent. Been in better Holiday Inn’s before. Do not expect much from housekeeping, they will not do much to your room. They will not make the bed or vacuum much. We had to take care of the trash and call someone to get it. Mainly they will change out the towels. Front desk was very friendly and helpful when asked for anything.

Room had not been cleaned. Toilet had not been cleaned in many visits. No shower soap or shampoo. Noisy guests in adjacent room. Hotel should have offered coupon(s) as recompense for neglect of room cleanliness.

Room was clean. Toilet wasn’t flushing great when we arrived, ended up needing a plunger for it to flush better. Glass shower door has big gap and water splashes onto floor. We forgot our toiletries so front desk supplied us with a few items. The Keurig in the room was nice. The breakfast area is spacious and some decent breakfast foods are available.

Good standard room, quiet, comfortable bed, handy computer charging outlets. Good breakfast. No handrails in shower stall. No bathroom hooks for for hanging towels Room lighting poor - no desk lamp.

The staff were friendly both at the front desk and at the early morning breakfast. I believe the kitchen was short staffed but the fellow in the kitchen was calm and kept up with the busy morning and kept everything filled. Didn't use the pool or exercise room so don't have any comment on them.
