We love this hotel. Great service friendly staff great amenities. We loved the restaurant and the bar. The Lakeview is amazing.

I loved everything!! Staff was very professional and accomodating . The most beautiful place I have ever stayed in and I travel alot. Comfortable bed and the kids loved the hot chocolate and cookies that were in check in. I will stay there every time I am in the area. Thank you Harbor Hotel

Chautauqua Harbor Hotel is beautiful & well maintained as always. Unfortunately, as has become the norm for *******, the email confirmation that ******* sent me when I booked this stay indicated that it was ‘pay on site’, which turned out to be completely false because my account was charged the instant I’d booked 2 weeks earlier. Also, I’d selected a Lake View room on the ******* app when I booked, & somehow ******* reverted it to a Parking Lot View room. The hotel front staff was great, however, and confirmed that ******* has a bad tendency to screw up a lot of booking details (I’ve experienced this with them before), and upgraded our room back to the Lake View that I’d originally requested at no extra cost. Bottom line, Chautauqua Harbor Hotel is fantastic, and can’t wait to go back. *******, on the other hand, has become too much of a hassle to deal with & I’m through using them for bookings of any kind from this point on.

Everything was fine & our stay was very enjoyable, but the rooms could benefit from complimentary, bottled water & the ability to make coffee/tea in the room rather than relying on the restaurant/bar during their business hours. If you arrive late, as we did, your only option is to drink from the bathroom faucet or pay for a bottle of water. No coffee/tea at 11pm.

Great hotel. Very affordable in the off season. Not much to do (aside from comedy- and Lucy-related locations), but excellent hotel for a getaway.
