打從在外住起就沒有住過這麼差勁的地方，沒有電梯，本來定的一樓的房間，過來跟我們説沒房了還升級安排在另一棟的四樓，自己擰着兩個很大的行李箱爬到四樓，洗澡的時候衞生間的水下不去，還説讓我們自己拿刮板刮一下，沐浴露空瓶，打電話的時候居然説沒有了可以打電話叫他們送，很奇怪，這種東西難道不是住客住進去之前就準備好嗎?窗簾也是壞的，房間櫃子裏堆着不知道是幹什麼的毛巾和床單，打開的時候全堆在那，房間各種東西擺放的也不整齊，最主要的是店家態度極差，説話語氣不好，還説什麼這裏誰誰誰住過，拽的不行，誰住過都不能掩蓋這個地方几乎沒有服務沒有品質可言，畢竟房價也不便宜，搞的好像別人的錢都是大風颳來的。衞生:臟亂差，服務:🈚🈚🈚

衞生：很差，很臟，地上都是臟的，上一個顧客的瓜子皮都還在，桌子也是特別臟，樓道地面很臟，浴巾也不乾淨
環境：一般，酒店通往門口的路都是石頭子的路，箱子下面的輪子給磨損的非常嚴重，而且拉着走不了
服務：服務態度很好，很熱情

從喀納斯出來，第二天要去禾木，在賈登峪住了一晚。酒店位置不錯，算是小鎮比較安靜的區域。房間挺大，窗外是一片牧場。衞生方面還需要提升，馬桶，牀頭櫃和床之間等地兒打掃的不乾淨。性價比和景區內的小木屋比起來不高。

非常不滿意，房間下水不好，洗澡水溢出了房間門，我們第一時間跟前台和對應管家強調去人收拾（我們自己房間沒有拖把），五十分鐘後吃完飯回來還是沒人管，我們再次聯繫管家，強調地非常滑，很不安全，還是沒人來。二十分鐘後聽到隔壁在門口摔倒的聲音！
最後第二天早上水還是在！
這種對住客安全完全漠視的酒店果斷拉黑！

老闆很好！及時回覆問題。親自開車去擺渡車站接我們，有早餐，幫升級房型。酒店很新 ，設施不錯，全智能，洗髮水、護髮素、潤膚露全部都有。房間乾淨。前台服務態度好，每天到房間補充水。環境優美，是在半山上的別墅，有個超大的陽台上可以看日落，看星星。別墅的設計很特別估計就是為了看星空的，所以叫星空苑 ！該酒店還可以接待外國人……

新疆之行第三站喀納斯之行居住在此！民宿就在喀納斯景區外，首先位置很方便，其次房型、户外風景很贊👍，最後旁邊有一大片放牧區（傍晚有近千衹羊羣踏着晚霞而歸）。兩個建議，1.廁所和洗澡區域為什麼在一起，都什麼年代了😭，好歹中間隔塊防水簾啊！2.早餐安排的有點簡單。

這一家酒店是我們這一趟新疆之旅住的最好的酒店。位置非常好，旁邊就是一個大草原，很適合拍照。他們家是新裝修的，全屋智能設備，科技感十足，東西全部都是新的，而且還很高級。老闆人很好，服務非標周到，下次來喀納斯還會來這裏住。
