Clean room and nice people. Pillows could have been a little better and the bath towels a little larger. Overall, very comfortable stay.

Well, it is basic, when I say basic. It is better than camping.
Rooms smelled of smoke. Building needs remodeling/upgrades.

The price is exactly what you pay for; however, the room was not clean and really gross. The service was friendly, so it’s unfortunate that the room was disgusting.

DO NOT STAY HERE unless you feel a need to be out of your comfort zone. There shouldn’t even be a rating for this location when I would have rather slept in my car.

Stayed here again for a job I had in the buffalo area, again Mona and her staff were very welcoming to having me stay again. I appreciate the hard work her and her staff show on keeping the building clean and organized. If I’m in this area working Mona and her staff at budget Inn definitely have my companies business. Thanks again for the hospitality till next time!

Mona was great to us the time that we stayed there. House keeping was on the ball and overall I would definetly stay there again if I’m out in the buffalo area
