West Plaza Hotel

I was in this hotel in 2013, there is no hot water and despite my grievances no one checked the boiler until the next day ... oh well ... I returned in 2016 and despite having paid for a superior room they assigned me a standard ... explanation my colleague made a change and I have nothing to do ..... it was late oh well ... this year the worst of the worst. I stayed from 31 March to 3 April, I had friends book a standard double room directly to avoid problems and instead it was a disaster. Arrived reception staff rude as usual, I go up to the room and find a tiny double with separate and very heavy beds. My colleague has changed the room and I have nothing to do with my complaints .... it was late and they say the hotel was full ... come on ... approached the beds somehow the sockets remained unusable, I discover very bad room cleaning, the air conditioning does not work, the only Rebibbia style window from above the restaurant kitchens filling the room with a strong smell of food. Last night the gift .. broken elevator and 4 floors on foot but no one from the reception who has looked up to warn or apologize for the inconvenience. In three stays I have always found surly staff. I think the photos are eloquent. Last but not least, the parking lot of the shopping center in front is always full and leaving your car is a problem ... the road in front of the hotel remains ... but I found a bus that occupied the limited space available. There is better nearby

Prima regola: non fidarsi delle foto. Struttura situata vicino ad un centro commerciale (nota positiva) ma piuttosto distante dal centro che si può raggiungere con i mezzi pubblici. Al check in mi viene detto che la mia stanza non sarà nella struttura dell'albergo ( molto più piccolo di quanto sembrasse nelle foto) ma sopra il ristorante di fronte ad esso. Un po' perplesso, vengo accompagnato attraverso un ingresso secondario, passo di fianco alla cucina (odore di aglio e cipolla da vendere🙄) ed al primo piano trovo la mia camera. La sorpresa è stata trovare una camera molto pulita ed appena rinnovata, purtroppo però dal bagno usciva un fastidioso cattivo odore. Essere sopra il ristorante non è decisamente confortevole visto che la sera musica e gente continuano ad intrattenermi fino a dopo le 23 e la mattina, alle 7.00, cominciano le colazioni....con musica inclusa. La colazione appunto, discreta se ti piace mangiare salato, di dolce, micro cornetti e marmellata confezionata, un po' pochino direi. In conclusione, la camera, a parte il cattivo odore, positiva, tutto il resto, decisamente da rivedere.

Hotel poco fuori dal centro, ma abbastanza vicino alle linee di trasporto pubblico che vi ci portano. È composto da due strutture differenti: una, quella a vetri delle foto e l’altra, letteralmente a tre metri di distanza, dove ho soggiornato. Quest’ultima struttura, che sembra riadattata ad hotel, NON ha l’ascensore. Al mio arrivo la camera e il bagno erano puliti anche se, durante il soggiorno, la camera non è stata rassettata/pulita tutti i giorni. Inoltre mancava un kit bagno e alcuni accessori (come un appendi-accappatoio) che sarebbero utili in un hotel che vuole essere tre stelle. Il frigo-bar era vuoto e spento. Lo staff, benché sia stato disponibile ed efficiente, non è particolarmente sorridente o accogliente. La colazione è decente.

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pour un voyage d'affaire. Points positifs : - Chambre spacieuse - Confort de la literie - Aspect moderne - Tarif du restaurant Point négatifs : - Wifi parfois capricieux - L'électricité n'est présente que lorsque vous insérez la carte dans votre chambre. Cela signifie que la climatisation/chauffage, frigo, ect ne sont fonctionnels que lors de votre présence dans cette dernière. Après une longue journée de travail, vous retrouvez votre chambre à plus de 30°C boissons "fraiches" compris :/ Vous vous couchez à 28°C et vous vous réveillez à 3h du matin à 20° en grelottant. Petite compensation, vous avez des boissons fraiches au petit matin.. - TV non fonctionnelle - Petit déjeuner, le jus d'orange n'est que de la poudre mélangée à de l'eau - Propreté qui laisse à désirer : Des papiers de bonbons au sol, des ongles coupés, ... - Ils axent la description sur l'insonorisation, pourtant, cela est également un point noir! Ayant séjourné dans une chambre dans l'angle de la rue principale et de l'entrée de l'hôtel, avec une fenêtre ayant un jour de 2mm, je participais bien malgré moi, à la vie extérieure. - Je n'ai pas eu d'eau chaude le premier matin pour la douche. Cela s'est résolu par la suite. Conseils : - Il faudrait que le chauffage/climatisation et frigo à minima soient indépendant afin de profiter d'un séjour agréable (boisson fraiche en rentrant le soir avec une chambre à minima tempérée) - Revoir la connectique d'antenne TV + télécommande - Prévoir à minima une bouilloire dans les chambres Expérience que je ne renouvèlerais pas pour un classé 3*.
