Very great hotel. We were surprised how big of a room we got for 3 people. They even made the couch bed ready for us when we arrived. Lobby looked really nice and fancy. Room was a bit cold so we asked for an extra heater that they provided. Overall very good stay!

The hardware facilities are a bit old, no hot water kettle, no air conditioning! The single-digit temperature can directly freeze a cold! And there are no restaurants near the hotel

The hotel is of course old, worn out and not worth the money they ask for it, but it’s clean, quiet, standard breakfast, capsule coffee machine in the room, capsules are delivered every day, refrigerator, cleaning daily.

The breakfast is good, but the location is not enough. There is a little distance from Li Da Square. It takes about half an hour to travel. It is dangerous to return to the hotel at night, so I choose to take Uber on the left. The service of the hotel is good.

Staff were extremely friendly and courteous. Gave suggestions when we asked. Always treated us each time we saw them. Rooms were great size and updated and clean. No issues at all. Will definitely have no problem staying here again when we return to Brussels.

Good value for money hotel which is modern, clean and up to date. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only downside are the views from the rooms, these are not very good, but the quality of the rest of the hotel makes up for it.

Corrected and professionalized version: Hotel Avenue Louise, Brussels The Hotel Avenue Louise is located in the Louise neighborhood of Brussels, close to the High Street and within walking distance of public transportation. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which are ongoing eSptember/October 2023. We stayed in room 128, which is a small, basic room in the rear of the building. At first glance, the room appeared to have been recently renovated. However, we later experienced some issues with the room quality, which I brought to the attention of the friendly receptionist. She was sincerely apologetic and immediately offered to move us to another room, explaining that some rooms have not yet been renovated. I chose to stay in the same room, and I appreciated that she understood my complaint. As compensation, we were offered a complimentary breakfast, which we were very grateful for. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and quiet, and it was perfect for a good night's sleep. Lovely Breakfast with a good variety of breakfast items. I am confident that after the renovations are complete, the Hotel Avenue Louise will be a great choice for a stay in Brussels
