Beautiful hotel, nice decor, very clean, excellent amenities, bed were exceptionally convertible, breakfast is mandatory, good taste and lots of choice. Checkin/out efficiently fast and courteous, thumsup for Ryan. Sofitel Bruxcells is real 5 stars quality hotel and I will definitely will comeback again.

Gym is very simple, even no toilet. Check out experience is not good. It seems management is in poor level. They asked me repeatedly if I had breakfast. I took no extra bed but they didn’t believe and asked housekeeping.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel right at home. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, from the delicious breakfast spread to the fitness center and relaxing spa. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining. I can't wait to return to this hotel on my next visit – it exceeded all my expectations!

This is a rather ordinary hotel. Sound proof needs improvement. Quality of mattress is less than top notch. I feel that the experience was just ordinary.

Our beds are composed of a mattress and, on top of that, an anti-allergic topper mattress made of duck down and feathers. If you wish to remove the mattress topper for your next stay, we will do so and you will feel more comfortable during your night. It’s a very nice hotel. Close to restaurants and about 10 minute walk to the nearest MRT. The staff are very nice and friendly. Good service! 👏They assisted us well during our stay. The room is big enough and so neat. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Would recommend this place.
