Hotel ideally located near the Grand Place and the historic district. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The room is a bit small for a 4-star hotel, but the services available are present (Nespresso coffee maker, hair dryer, wifi, etc.). The breakfast was a treat, I recommend it! There are two paid car parks nearby.

Well located hotel close to the center of Bruges. Decent breakfast with plenty of choice. Bedding a little hard and sewage smells in the bathroom. But impossible to sleep before 2am. First because of the fair on the vrijdagmarkt square until 00:30 am then because of the music and songs in the hotel bar and then the people talking in the corridors and on the terrace outside as in broad daylight . No civility from these people and no comment from the hotel? So everything is allowed in this hotel?

Superb newly renovated hotel.
The rooms are large, superb bathroom.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. An ideal location for sightseeing. The breakfast was a bit unimaginative and the same every day. The scrambled eggs unfortunately on a ready basis. There wasn't much fresh fruit, and grain rolls weren't available either. Sometimes grain bread.
A big drawback was the hustle and bustle directly in front of the house and our room. It's not the hotel's fault, but we weren't told about it when we booked. Although we stayed 7 nights we were not offered another room at the back although many people only stayed a night or two. This daily source of noise until 11:00 p.m. or sometimes until 12:30 a.m. was extreme. I expected more support from the staff here.

Wonderful hotel, not far from train station and in centre of beautiful city of Bruges. Thank you Bart for being so kind and helpful. Clean spacious and comfortable twin bedroom. We left our luggage secure in locked room till check in while we explored town and canals. Well equipped bathroom and tea & coffee facilities. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here recently on a two-night visit to Bruges and overall was impressed. Situated slightly west of the centre, it is still ideally situated for all that Bruges has to offer – Bruges is very compact, so you are never that far from anything. Check in was swift and pleasant and our room category was upgraded which was a bonus. The room was very large and clean, although it was two beds pushed together which seemed a little strange The bathroom was huge, and with our upgrade we had a bath and shower, as well two sinks. The beds however were comfortable enough for a decent night’s sleep. The only negatives I have was that the Coffee Machine did not work during our stay and after the room was cleaned, there was a really unpleasant odour – almost like too much cleaning products had been used. The room itself was cleaned to a high standard, it was just left with a horrible lingering smell for some time after. We only had a breakfast on one morning, and the choice was good, although they do stop replenishing after 10:00 so if you prefer a later breakfast you may find slim pickings. Would definitely stay again, as it did offer good value for money.

Lovely hotel situated in a brilliant location. So warm and welcoming with all the twinkling lights . Staff are very helpful, rooms comfortable and breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. Can highly recommend for your visit to this beautiful city 😍
