Hotel very well located to visit us. One of the cheapest in the centre. But excessive price for the service offered: - room not clean 100% - bed was not done and not bounded? - room with air conditioning but not heating only 22⁰C possible in winter. - bathroom with large shower but only the mobile apple works, the ceiling-fixed room doesn't work. - very low noise and noisy floor !!! We all hear what happens around us. - beautiful and simple decoration in the furniture room in the broken room including the lights-days. - very beautiful view back on the many monuments! - very beautiful terrace on the 3rd floor with beautiful view. I did not find the exceptional breakfast it lacked a little choice to my taste but the main is different breads nutella confection cheese yaourt jams hard eggs distributors hot drinks. Orange juice is not fresh and is not extraordinary. These are empty bottles in 1 caraf ... -no person for the reception rooms badges are available on the counter and you can find the badge with your name - hair found in the bathroom at my arrival ... I found the rates excessive champagne cuts (€16 glass) for 1 bottle sold hard market at €37 ... - a €4 per person charged when you leave. In the whole, this hotel is invited to improve or to significantly reduce these rates, despite being in the centre of Bruges. 2,5/5 possibility to go hard a 4 if changes are taken into account!

The hotel was clean and the staff so friendly and helpful. It was an ideal location for a city visit. Breakfast was something inconceivable and the same daily. The eggs of the wheel were unfortunately complete. Fresh fruit was little available, even cereal breads were not there. Sometimes cereal bread. A big shortage was the rumble right in front of the house and our room. Although the hotel cannot do so, we were not told when booking. Although we spent 7 nights there, no other room was offered back, although many people spent only one or two nights there. This daily noise source until 23:00 or partly until 24:30 was already extreme. I expected more support from the staff here.

When we arrived at the location we interphoned and the door opened automatically. We left the bags at the hotel we went to walk. When we returned at the end of the day there was a packet with the number of the room. The next day we interphoned to make the payment. The hotel is in the centre, I found it a little dust, perhaps because of the dynamics of operation.

So pleased we chose to stay at this hotel whilst visiting Bruges for the first time. Great location, there is a market right outside on a Saturday morning which has some gorgeous food!! Lobby was warm, cosy and inviting and the room spacious, clean and modern. The water dispenser was a great touch. I would definitely stay in this hotel is visiting again. We opted out of the breakfast as it seemed a little pricey.

Spacious comfortable rooms in a beautiful building. Situated at the edge of a pretty, quiet residential area, the hotel overlooks a square, and is across from the Concertgebouw Brugge concert hall. The hotel also has outside seating in the back in a quiet garden. There are shops (food market, drugstore, bakery, cheese market, specialty food and more) and several cafes and tea shops just a few minutes away on Smedenstraat It is about a 5-10 minute walk to the center ”touristy” area around Grote Markt etc. We were very happy to be staying away from that busy area. Very helpful staff.
