The 1st room had the shower head broken, no microwave like it was advertised if I’m not mistaken. The front desk person was very nice, he put me on a 2nd room that was even worst. It was dirty and smelled like vomit. I ended up not staying and went to another hotel. Don’t have a complaint at all about the front desk guy, but it seems like they’re not communicating with their maintenance personnel very well. Because the front desk guy thought that the 2nd room was already cleaned.
