We visited Rhinefield house on two occasions over the weekend for refreshments. The weather on both days was lovely, so we were able to sit outside by the pond. The refreshments were superb throughout, as were the staff. To note a few who were brilliant, attentive and helpful , but by no means all; Belle & Alfred(on the Saturday), Synjon, Tom(behind the bar), Sandy and Sarah.

Went for dinner at Rhinefield. Excellent food locally sourced and well produced. Chef came to explain menu and answer questions. Good wine list and prices reasonable. Staff very attentive and appeared to went to ensure the event went well. Definitely recommended.

The Rhinefield staff went above and beyond for our special day ! Everything was just so perfect! We stayed over the night before, which made it so easy to have a relaxed wedding morning. It turned it more into a wedding weekend as we were able to use the outdoor and indoor pools for a relax before the big day. The Rhinefield House grounds are so beautiful, so many places to take pictures on the big day. The food was delicious and everything was done with so much care and attention. If you are getting married here , the cocktails add on, for your reception is a must, everybody loved them ! A special shout out to our Wedding co-ordinator Abi - she was on hand with any query I had , she was just amazing! Overall we had an absolutely magical day , our friends and family loved it! We will definitely be returning for all future events!

Thankyou to Head waiter Angel and colleague Darren`s excellent friendly service for my Sisters Birthday Lunch on the terrace they were friendly and accommodating including for Monthy the spaniel too. Compliments and thanks to the Chef for the extra Birthday Deserts presentation it was greatly appreciated!

We just celebrated our wedding at the gorgeous Rhinefield House. Literally everything was perfect from start to finish. Almost everyone said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. They had every detail covered and also surprised us with many lovely extra touches. We were made to feel very special on our special day and we have memories that will last a lifetime. Can’t wait to come back for our first anniversary! Our in house wedding planner, Annette Saunders, went above and beyond for us, even stepping in when the person who was meant to lace up my dress was stuck in traffic. Tom, who managed the reception was such a calming presence throughout, and truly lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and his smile and energy made our day all the better. Thank you Rhinefield House from the bottom of our hearts for playing such an important role in the biggest day of our lives so far. We are truly grateful.

Exceptional hotel and Spa. Hand Picked Hotels rarely dissapoint..management and staff very professional indeed. Lovely welcome and check-in. Spotlessly clean throughout and amazing location. Wow - just WOW! My wife and I spent just one night here to celebrate her special birthday and the whole experience was simply incredible. Yes, of course, the hotel is located in a beautiful part of the world and has interesting architecture and a quiet, cosy feeling, but the Rhinefield House Hotel is SO much more than than. Our room was just perfect, and what a wonderful touch for my wife to find a personal, handwritten birthday card from Gareth, the General Manager. Now that is just SPECIAL - thank you Gareth. It didn't stop there - we enjoyed a fantastic meal with stunning wines in the amazing Armada Restaurant and the staff were simply the best! Even random people we bumped into into the corridor were polite, courteous and friendly - but the reception and restaurant staff were wonderful, really wonderful! Topped off with a comfy bed and, of course, a delicious breakfast - this was the perfect way for my wife to celebrate her special day. Five stars seems rather inadequate, really! We have, of course, booked to come back in August to do it all again on our wedding anniversary! For a special occasion we cannot recommend the Rhinefield House enough but, if you are thinking of booking, remember that quality doesn't come cheap. Expensive, for some budgets, yes, but worth EVERY penny. Go for it!
