It was a bit of a shame that there was construction happening right downstairs from the hotel the night I checked in, so it was a bit noisy and I didn't sleep particularly well. Overall, the location is great and the room was very clean, so I'd still recommend it.

The room and hotel facilities are excellent as usual. The breakfast is incomparable. We'll definitely come back. Thank you again for the warm hospitality and a very comfortable stay.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was just as good as the first. The location is convenient, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are consistently professional. I had a really enjoyable stay and will likely book here again next time. There is also pool access right next door at the west inn. Really nice experience

There's subway construction happening nearby, so it can be noisy. Otherwise, everything else is pretty standard.

The room was spotless, and the bedding and bed were really comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.

i love the location of the place and the manager was really great. they were delayed in sending my luggage to my room so she sent me a bottle of wine. will definitely be back.

The hotel staff at the location are very friendly and attentive to our needs. The location is great and only 5 mins walk away from major attractions such as the Botanical Gardens and Queen Street Mall. Would totally recommend!
