Overall, we've enjoyed the place an the hotel. Rooms are clean and have everything one needs to cook. Bathroom is comfortable, bedroom too. Enough of wardrobes. Personnel is polite and professional. It is important to note two points that we did not know about: 1. Spa/swimming pool building is a separate building from the chalets where all apartments are located. It is at most 3 mins of walking, but it is still separate. 2. The changing rooms have NO lockers AT ALL. So you cannot lock any valuables. I had to take them in my bag with me to the spa area and just put them there. Better safe than sorry for me. But many people were just keeping clothes and valuables hanging. I know that it is safe and all, but if there were a lot of people during season, I would not be comfortable leaving everything just like that. 3. Some customers are nude in sauna. So, if someone is uncomfortable, should think about it. Other than that, the spa area is nice. Swimming pool is modern and clean. Jacuzzi is lovely and does not smell chlorine. We've loved spending time there. There is also a ski lift that we took to go up just to see the mountains. It was very beautiful. Many ski stations around and the view is fantastic. The town is small and lovely. We've visited local shops that sell very fresh and delicious food. Also, road to the hotel is scenic and passes through other beautiful towns. We will be back.

Замечательное место для отдыха всей семьей летом. Комфортные оборудованные апартаменты. Есть всё необходимое. Есть бассейн и сауна (закрыта летом 2021), детская комната, подростковая комната ( с Nintendo switch, кикером и пинболом). Рядом много вариантов для хайкинга всей семьёй. Летом работает кресельный подъёмник в 100 метрах от отеля (кроме вторника и среды). Детская площадка, небольшой пруд для купания, грильные зоны. При желании можно добраться до жд станции на шаттле и поехать в другие места кантона Граубюнден и не только.

Wir waren das erste mal in Brigels und waren begeistert. Die Wohnung 1323 ist sehr komfortabel und modern eingerichtet. Mit 2 grossen Badezimmern und einer schönen Wohnstube mit integrierter Küche. Die Lage und die Zimmeraussicht war genial. Optiamal für die Kinder (1 und 2 Jahre) waren die Stühle, die Spiele, das vorhandene Geschirr und die Baby - Betten. Leider fehlten Steckdosensicherungen und der Balkon konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden. (Deshalb keine Perfekte Bewertung) Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Service excellent Der Brötchenservice ist sehr zu empfehlen. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter ist für Unterhaltung gesorgt mit dem Hallenbad und dem Indoorspielplatz für die Kinder. Es herrschte nie Langeweile. Der "geheizte" Badesee war leider noch zu kalt um zu schwimmen. Aber um die Füsse zu baden und zu spielen hat er eine sehr gute tiefe.

Vacances au top dans ce complexe, avec piscine. Tout est très propre, les chambres sont extrêmement bien pensées pour les familles. On y trouve par exemple une chaise-haute, un escabeau et des services en plastique pour les enfants. Endroit à recommander. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

schöne, moderne und gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen. Leider war das Wetter nicht so toll, dafür kann das Ressort aber nichts ;) Mit der Miete der Wohnung ist auch die Surselva-Card (Benutzung Bergbahnen und weitere Aktivitäten) inklusive. Auch das Kinderprogramm sowie das Spielzimmer hat unseren Kleinen sehr gefallen. Einziger Minuspunkt: Die Saunawelt war für Revisionszwecke geschlossen, darüber wurden wir aber frühzeitig und gut informiert. Liebes Pradas-Team, weiter so!

L'appartement 2 pièces que nous avions était spacieux et neuf. Tout était super propre. Nous avions à disposition tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Petit plus, la possibilité de commander le petit dejeuner pour le lendemain matin jusqu'à 18h. Beaucoup d'activités proposées : piscine, sauna (pas en période covid), mini-golf, toboggan,... Départ du télésiège avec accès aux randonnées juste en face (avec une remontée gratuite grâce à la Guest Card). Il y a deux restaurants à proximité (200 mètres pour le plus éloigné) si on ne veut pas se faire à souper. Petit bémol, la station n'a pas beaucoup d'infrastructures.

Nous avons passé le week-end de l'Ascension dans ce resort. Tout est fait pour bien s'y sentir. L'appartement 2 chambres (3,5 pièces) que nous avions était très grand. La cuisine bien agencée, un balcon (vue sur l'étang), bien meublé et très confortable. Il y a même des jeux Ravensburger pour les enfants mis à disposition sous la télévision. Covid oblige, nous avons dû réserver notre heure de piscine tous les jours pour le lendemain. Il n'y avait plus vraiment de disponibilité à notre arrivée, mais les autres jours nous sommes allés à 8h nous inscrire pour le lendemain. Piscine intérieure, pataugeoire et jacuzzi. L'espace wellness était fermé lors de notre séjour (Covid toujours). Nous avons malheureusement appris que le restaurant partenaire du resort était fermé. Nous espérions pouvoir mettre les pieds sous la table tous les soirs. Nous avons donc trouvé des restaurants de la région qui livraient au resort. Pour les petits-déjeuners, il y a une application du resort pour commander jusqu'à 18h le pain pour le lendemain dans la boulangerie du village. Nous en profitions pour commander le pain du pique-nique. Il y a une salle de jeux pour les enfants "sponsorisée" par Ravensburger
