Older property remodeled. The room was better than expected. I was glad there was no carpet. The price was on point. Very polite lady at check-in.

It was ok. The vending machines were empty and the room wasn't the cleanest. Could hear the people upstairs most of the night. Not the best but not the worst.

Way overpriced for this type of motel/hotel. Very outdated. Rooms stink. A/c didn't work in 1 of rooms. For construction workers only type cheap place. Doors to buildings don’t lock. Room doors deadbolt doesn’t work. No roaches seen but fully expected type place.

The room smelt like urine and door knobs where missing along with light bulbs and drawers in the dresser also the front door had huge gaps where you can look into the room. We stand for a couple hours and left.

Pleasantly surprised. Last time we stayed here it was smelly and dirty. This stay was total opposite. The room was clean, didn’t smell bad. The front desk staff was friendly.

Room smells very musty, both chairs had torn peeling vinyl seats, bathroom had no door knob on outside of door so you couldn’t close and latch it. Very disappointed with this room

The staff overall are friendly and helpful. The facility is older and is in need of update.
The room had a mild musty smell that we tried to counter with Febreze. If the facility was updated, they would have my business again for sure. The location is good in our opinion close to the historic areas of Brenham.

Horrible last time I will ever stay there no hot water had to go buy another room in town just to take a shower my family was late getting to my uncle’s funeral because of it
