Location was great very close to Malcolm area so you can go walk and a lot of restaurants and activity.Jacuzzi, which it helped me a lot after 32 hours flight make me relax. Service: This hotel is impeccable in all aspects, the location is first-class, the turn is the entrance of the cathedral and the park, there are also Chinese food nearby, the room is large, the facilities are complete, the room is clean, the bedding is comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and the supply is sufficient, especially the calf croissant I love. There is still some late! Stayed here for six days, the breakfast main course is basically not heavy. Worth staying

I stayed here for one day before going to Cuenca and it was much better than expected. The most modern hotel I stayed in during my trip to South America. Convenience: The hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, so you don't have to leave the house for shopping, supermarkets, and meals. There is a dedicated gate to the shopping mall, so the hotel is quiet and undisturbed.

Not a great location as it’s a bit stranded from restaurants or shops so can’t really go walk about for anything after dark. Other than that it’s quite a run of the mill hotel giving basic amenities and no free water unfortunately.

Etas, forgive me if spelling is wrong was the young man at the desk he was helpful and tolerant with our language barrier held on to our bags while we strolled the town and then brought them to our room very friendly and welcoming

Excellent hotel! Only a year old. Clean, good price and a $6 taxi ride from the airport. The malacone is right across the way for morning exercise. The AC was fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel. Great bed. Great pillows. Nice stay for going to the airport.

They will check if there is anything missing from the room during your check-out so please make sure you inform them immediately when getting into the room and you dont see anything. My case, they were looking for the feet towel which I did not get it at the beginning. No one is going to steal used dirty feet towel back home, I would say this is probably a bag management from the front desk and house keeping people. Hot water in the shower was not working in my room. Breakfast was terrible, bad quality of ingredients. However, the price is reasonable and it has a good location. WIFI was strong. Great option for overnight transit.

The hotel is located close to the airport and bus station. Taxi drivers know it well. A nighttime ride costs $10. The rooms are decorated in a traditional Ecuadorian style. The rooms are clean and cozy. There is air conditioning. The shower has hot water and necessary toiletries. We want to say a big thank you to Christian, who warmly welcomed us after midnight, helped with our luggage, and in the morning he fed us a delicious breakfast. We recommend this small but cozy and welcoming hotel. The only drawback is that it is impossible to reach the hotel at the number provided after 10 PM.
