The guy at the front desk was very user-friendly and helped upgrade the room. He said the view on the fourth floor would be better. As expected, I could see the sunrise 🌄, which was very beautiful. The room was also very large. We had dinner at the restaurant on the first floor on the night of our stay. Because there was a banquet, the waiter said to order the dishes quickly and cook them first. It was a perfect match. My family and I were very satisfied.

A good hotel for a business trip to Zhangjigang.
The breakfast has a good standard. Fresh fruits, Chinese noodles, eggs to customers choice and many more is offered. A small gym let you train a bit (could be bigger!). The restaurant is opened till 10:30pm and provides some tasty snacks when the work day lasts a bit longer and the nearby restaurants in the shopping mall are already closed. The Starbucks in the mall opens at 06:30 and is just a 7 minutes walk away.

This time I happened to meet more than 30 people from the Shandong Haiyang Sweater Association staying there, but it did not affect the Ctrip Diamond VIP upgrade to a king-size bed room with a view.
The breakfast ended a little early, at 9:30 on time. Fortunately, I ate something at the last minute.
I experienced the gym, which was small but beautiful. I will choose it again when I come to Zhangjiagang in the future, and I hope the service can be maintained as always

The room is very spacious and clean. The nanny-style service is very considerate. There are snacks and yogurt. Qian Yihao at the front desk also asked about sleeping habits in advance and prepared pillows, slippers, toiletries, etc. In addition, the hotel gave a cycling tour around the lake. You can choose a two-person car or a small car per person. It's great👍

The location is good, transportation is convenient, and the service is warm. I forgot my mouse and the hotel immediately called me to ask me to go back and pick it up. The breakfast was plentiful and the price/performance ratio was excellent. The room is neat and clean, and the waiters are professional. The hotel has a good environment, you can walk in the small garden and see water birds on the river near the water.

The room is large, but since it is an old hotel, the bathroom is small and smells a bit. Breakfast is a specialty of Jinling. It is very rich. The noodle stalls include fried fish and braised meat, and the cold dishes include beef and jellyfish. Although it is the Spring Festival, since Zhangjiagang is not a popular city, the hotel does not increase the price. There is welcome fruit every day, 2 bottles of drinks in the small refrigerator are free, and 2 bottles of homemade yogurt are given as a gift on the day of check-out. The service attitude is very good and the hotel is very cost-effective. It should be noted that the height limit of underground garages is 1.6.

The hotel facilities are comparable to those of Four Seasons, and some are even better. Drinking water is available everywhere, and the children's slippers and toiletries are also very good. There is also free water, beer, coffee, Snickers, etc. in the small refrigerator in the room. A small gift was given when checking out, and a wristband was given to the child. KKazzy travelerEverything you would expect from a five star hotel. I stayed for 5 nights on the 28th floor in July 2024. The huge rooms are well appointed and mostly very quiet- thanks to good double glazing and double thick, rebated doors with seals. It also looks like there are no rooms opposite each other which minimises any hallway noise. The king bed was firm but softer than most that I've had in decades of visiting China. I didn't like that there was only one type of flat pillow in my room. I liked the walls that slide out to separate the bathroom from the bedroom. The shower had excellent water pressure and constant temperature with hot water arriving quickly. Really dark blockout curtains. Fast wifi. breakfast buffet on the 39th floor with mostly western and Asian choices. The machine coffee was average. The extensive view was limited on most of the mornings due to rain and fog. The hotel is directly linked to the Wanda shopping mall, which has Uniqlo, KFC, pizza hut and many restaurants- if you don't feel like paying the exorbitant Marriott food prices. Unfortunately there is no supermarket nearby. Only some mini markets like Lawson.

As soon as I entered the door, the service staff was polite and enthusiastic. The room was very spacious and atmospheric. After a beautiful sleep, I got up in the morning and had a nutritious breakfast. His yogurt tasted very good. The memory point was very deep. Overall, a good experience. It is worth two brushes, and I will come to experience it next time.

XXiwangweiguangThe environment is not bad. The room is quite big and clean. The service is good and responsive to all requests. The point is deducted for the air conditioner. I have to complain about this. It can only emit hot air. If the mode is adjusted to 18 degrees Celsius, it will also emit hot air. I asked the customer service and said it does not work. The solution was that in the end it was too hot and I couldn't bear it, so I had to ask the receptionist to bring two electric fans. This problem was solved perfectly.
