Leider haben wir ein nicht renoviertes Zimmer erhalten, was schlussendlich eine Zumutung war, insbesondere das Bad (Schimmel, maroder Gesamteindruck). Altes und teilweise kaputtes Mobiliar vorhanden. Fernseher auf der Fensterbank und nur vom Bett einsehbar, aber auch nur liegend. Das Bett war mit zu kurzen Matratzen ausgestattet und dadurch keinerlei Liegequalität. Zudem direkt am Treppenaufgang gelegen, war es unglaublich hellhörig und wir haben jeden Schritt und jedes Wort gehört. Von Erholung also keine Spur. Die Angestellten waren nett und grüßten, die mutmaßliche Betreiberin beachtete uns Gäste allerdings nicht. So richtig wohl fühlten wir uns daher nicht. Das Frühstück war ordentlich, nur die dreckigen Espresso-Tassen vielen negativ auf. Aber man konnte ja Kaffee trinken….. Letztendlich sind wir vorzeitig abgereist, was die Inhaberin aber auch nicht zu einer Nachfrage veranlasste. Auch hier waren es die Angestellten die Interesse zeigten. Mit einem renovierten Zimmer hätte es vielleicht ein netter Urlaub werden können. So allerdings nicht, was wir sehr traurig fanden.

Unser Aufenthalt im Landhotel Villa Foresta war wirklich in Ordnung: Die Zimmer waren eher zweckgemäß und simpel eingerichtet. Man kam durch die Platzierung leider kaum an den Kleiderschrank ran. Überall im Zimmer hingen Kabel von Lampen rum und der Fernseher stand nur auf einem kleinen Beistelltisch sehr wackelig direkt neben dem Bett – wie man so fernsehen möchte, ist uns ein wenig unklar gewesen. Außerdem stand der Router auf der Fensterbank und hat im Vorbeigehen regelmäßig kleine elektrische Schläge ausgeteilt. Die Badezimmer waren ganz niedlich eingerichtet, aber eher wie in der eigenen Wohnung statt wie im Hotel. Das Bett war bequem, aber weich. An den Wänden in den Zimmern hingen Bilder von Eseln, die auf kleinen Zettelchen mit Preisen ausgeschildert waren, was ein wenig an eine Low Budget Kunsthalle erinnerte. Das Zimmer zu finden war etwas schwierig, da die Nummerierung etwas durcheinander war. Dafür gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür und die Lage ist toll. Das Personal war total freundlich und auch der Frühstücksraum / die „Lobby“ hat es uns angetan. Das Frühstück selbst war großartig, total vielfältig und bot eine große Auswahl.

Uns hat es im Foresta sehr gut gefallen. Gemütlich-rustikal eingerichtet, toller Empfangsbereich mit Kamin und ein sehr gemütlicher Frühstücksraum. Apropos Frühstück: Uns hat es richtig gut geschmeckt, alles vorhanden, was wir uns wünschen! 5 Sterne nur deshalb nicht, weil die Dusche nur spärlich Wasser lieferte und die Temperatur des Wassers schwierig einzustellen war… Aber wir kommen definitiv wieder!!!
