It looks like nothing from the outside, but lovely inside.
Nice and clean room. Soft bed and good pillows. Good facilities. Nice little detail like a handtowel to wipe make-up off.
Easy and safe parking in the yard.
Delicious breakfast with bread, eggs, sausages, cold meats, fruit, yogurt, pancakes, etc.
Unfortunately the discount in the spa department is only for two. If you go alone, the price is the same as for two.

Just a bad joke, we got the key to our room which is not ready, even if you came 30 minutes later that the check-in time.We are tired and just sitting on the floor waiting for them to finish...Poor service, at the reception not enough information provided and lack of clarity. Bad experience. Definitely not recommend!!! Location is the worst and prices high in comparison with what they are providing. Overall a bad experience.

Hotel outside the center of Bratislava in a desolate neighborhood and very dark in the evening. We stayed for just one night, the hotel has average services, the room was overall nice and with courtesy services. However, I would like to point out a few cobwebs around the hotel, especially in the breakfast room on the ceiling above the food. On the day of my arrival I reported my intolerances for breakfast the next day, unfortunately apart from the gluten free bread, the hotel had not equipped itself with any other product.

In terms of cleanliness (dust in places you might not notice at first glance) I would have expected more from a 4-star hotel. Problems at check-in (the young trainee employee made a mistake and debited the amount from my credit card even though the amount had already been paid to *******, I hope I get the money back without any problems), I was satisfied with the breakfast.
