This was a great place to stay.

We picked this place for price and location. We didn’t expect to wake up to a broken hose on the toilet and all of our clothes soaked. They did give us a plastic bag to put wet clothes in… but no offer of even a partial refund.

Parking was fine, we parked right outside our door. No street noise but you hear the rooms around you. Overall conditions were okay. Its dated and showing its age. The beds were firmer than I like but everyone has their own opinion. Here is how I will sum it up. It was $65 for a Friday night early April, in Branson. They offered a free breakfast, I had to leave before it opened, but to pay $65 and get a free breakfast it was fine. It had beds and a bathroom. I dont think I would want to stay an extended period of time but for the 1 night I needed it, it was sufficient. It is dog friendly, I missed that when booking but just wanted to mention it for those who are not pet people.

The night I checked in I unpacked went to have dinner came back to take a shower no water. I called the front desk. She said she'd be right down after 20 minutes of waiting. I went up there told her just give me a key to another room. The next morning I talked to the manager and all I got was a I'm sorry. That's nice that he said I'm sorry I still doesn't rectify the fact of the huge inconvenience. The room was outdated. It was clean. The bed was hard not a good night sleep

Older hotel. Outside can use some work but don’t be deceived. Those rooms are very clean. The breakfast was hot and fresh, much better than most large chain hotels. They even had an employee that stayed in the breakfast area the whole time tidying up, and keeping things filled. She even made us some fresh biscuits when they ran out. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff was very pleasant. Nice to park right outside my door. Pet friendly. Average cleanliness for age of property. Some mold in shower. Water pressure was amazing. Room musty/humid even with A/C. Bed firm and not comfortable. Pillows uncomfortable. Thin blankets, no extras. Room lets in a lot of light even with block out curtains. Overall mostly quiet. No road noise but could hear other patrons. Glad I only stayed one night. In a pinch, this hotel would do, but won't recommend if you don't have to stay here.

Wifi is excellent, close by girlft shops attractions, shows, and food. Staff is always amazing and friendly

My wife and I only stayed one night. Although the Hotel was located on the *****, it was very peaceful and quiet. The room was clean and we really enjoyed it. Breakfast was good. We will stay there again.

Great Value! Very clean with comfortable bed. Great access to the ***** and so many nearby attractions.
