Lots of homeless wandering around outside. Booked it because it had an indoor pool with hot tub. Was told in arrival, hot tub was broken. During my time there, the elevator broke. Only positives, hot water in the shower and the variety which was offered for breakfast.

Arrived on Wednesday afternoon without a car and was delighted to find that a light meal was available for guest. Saved us the trouble of walking to a restaurant. Nice room (somewhat dated) with space to spread out including a small table and chairs in the kitchenette. Not bad for the money.

As soon as I entered it reaked of mustiness. The sheets on both beds in the room I got were dirty. I let staff know; I asked for a different room then was told they were all booked. Staff then told me they could change the sheets. I shouldn't have to wait for you to change the sheets all because you failed to check the room beforehand. I asked staff to call up the manager because this was ridiculous. The girl working then tells me "I can't call her babe unless it's an emergency like a fire". As a manager she should be on call for this type of situations that the staff on sight has no knowledge as to how to handle.

No shampoo when I was check in toilet was plugged up and a plunger was in front of door that not cool I’ve been to hotels and sorry that not cool I should I’ve been comp or discount I was not

Great staff. The interior is slowly being redone, with a brand new pool (which was beautiful), but much of the rest feels like a hotel last given a facelift in the late 1980's/ early 90's. That said, it's very clean and quiet. I really enjoyed staying there.

The hotel had an odd smell and the room we had, 125, had a different odd smell. The bathroom didn't have a fan so there was mold on the ceiling. Everything in the hotel was really beat up and we were uncomfortable enough to look for bed bugs. The beds were comfortable and clean, but the linens were in also beat up and a little stained. The description of the room was two queens, it had two fulls. The staff were friendly and helpful but the facilities needs a major update and renovation.

It was not even close to as nice as the pic, mold in the bathroom and the carpet in the room was not vacuumed as there were debris on it

The only thing I like is the free breakfast but the dinning area is very small and a bit dirty also the first room that we stay the bathroom is dirty and the tub is making noise and the faucet in the sink is not working properly. They move us to another room the next day but it’s the same the whole place is outdated
