Fantastic services. On the day of check-out I was not able to get my Uber ride due to some information validation issue with the platform. I was in a haste to get to my next destination and fortunately the hotel staff called a taxi for me and I managed to get to get there in time. Staffs there are friendly and hospitable. Rooms are clean and tidy. I didn’t have any noise problem throughout my stay. The breakfast was good.

Thank you to the hotel for upgrading our room. We originally booked a general suite, but it was upgraded to a two-bedroom suite of more than 300 square meters. It was very spacious, with beautiful views and new decoration. Food delivery service is also very good. It gave us a wonderful start in the United States. Thank you to the hotel staff!

Very satisfied. The hotel is quite new. The wall bed room with river view is very practical for a family. The shuttle bus can go to the main attractions, which is very convenient! There is a laundry room for self-service laundry! All in all, I am very satisfied and will definitely choose this place again when I come to Boston in the future!

The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was average. The location is not far from the sea, a little far from the center of the city, but also about 5 kilometers. Overall, it feels good.

It was a quick trip, I didn't get checked in until 3am and left out @9 am. The room was very clean. I was able to grab a quick bagel thanks to the free breakfast buffet. My car was waiting for me and my bag was place in my car by the attendant. Once I was home checking my emails I realized my stay was prorated and I was not charged a full day. I really appreciate them for noticing and applying the credit. I will be choosing Embassy Suites for future trips to Boston.

The room is large and well-equipped, but the wifi needs to be charged separately. The sanitation is very good, the bedding and the toilet are very clean. There are many restaurants and apple stores near the hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the airport. There is a sl3 bus to the city and subway station at the door. Convenient transportation. The room is large, especially the bathroom. Comes with a sofa bed. Suitable for Sancha home and even with two children. Western breakfast is almost the same. Suitable for people who have been traveling for a few days

Room was quiet, well-sized and well decorated. Can’t beat the location if you need to be in Harvard Square. Restaurants and bars in the hotel are nice, Staff are friendly, Housekeeping is good, Downsides: mattress was completely worn out and I could only sleep on one side of the bed. Also they checked another guest into my room, which I discovered when she unlocked the door and walked in at 11 pm (to her surprise). For a super-premium hotel, both of these were unacceptable. Next time I will just save $200-$400 per night and stay at the many two-star hotels in the area.

The room is relatively spacious, and the newly renovated facilities are still relatively new. But the configuration generally belongs to the standard of express hotels. What is more special is that both the restaurant and the room are equipped with disposable paper cups and dishes. The washbasin in the room has a lot of water but the water in the shower faucet is relatively small. The faucet didn't work very well. The bathroom door is broken, and the air conditioner makes a lot of noise if the heating is turned on. The bed and bedding are good, and the mattress is moderately firm. Service: The attitude is okay, but the replacement supplies are lost. Towels, paper towels, and bottled water are not necessarily replaced every day. The hotel includes breakfast, and there are not many varieties of breakfast, and the quality is good.
